Worlds worst family doctor. Absolutely terrible, run away as fast as your can. The only saving grace is June the nurse but even she isn’t enough to save the office. Horrible. A “family doctor” that no longer takes cold/flu patients, no longer does physicals assessments and no longer treats general injuries and illnesses. If it were an olympic event, they’d take the gold for telling patients to go to the ER to wait for hours instead of just taking them like a family doctor should. Dr Keith Burke prioritizes his cosmetic patients far above any families. The office is now an uncomfortable and unpleasant space. Wishing I could give negative stars. Unless your ailment is wrinkles, stay far far away.

I am very happy with the results I get from Beachwood Cosmetic, Dr. Burke and Rochelle never disappoints. I recently went to see him because I needed him to fix the work of someone else that injected botox on my forehead. I went twice back to the nurse because I couldn't see the results I wanted. One visit to Beachwood Cosmetic and I could see the difference. I highly recommend, don't second guess, choose the Best, your face is worth it:)

Give up pretending to be a family doctor dude, it's been painfully obvious for years that all you care about is cosmetic treatments. Terrible 'doctor'.

The WORST doc office.This family doctors office prioritizes cosmetic patients first. I had called to book an appointment to come see them for a cold/flu check up and instead of booking me an appointment they gave me the number of a different clinic and said they don’t take cold and flu patients. They have told us they also no longer do physicals. I have lost all trust in this doctor and unfortunately with the world right now it is hard to find a new one. I’d rather sit hours in a walk-in than try to get help from them. If there were an option for zero stars I would definitely choose that. I have never had a positive experience with this doctors office. Don’t waste your time here.

Such a great experience and amazing staff!

It was useless free consultation, I regret the time I spent to go and back. No benefits at all . No useful information. She spoke in a way like don’t do here. It was terrible experience. I did in a more welcoming and more professional place.
