Terrible. I had never been before and stopped in for a cheese panini to go - the panini was cold, the bread covered in visible non melted butter, the bread wasn't even toasted a little bit and the cheese not melted at all. The donut itself was okay quality, the icing was low grade Safeway cake icing. I will mot be back. What a terrible waste of money and food. The staff were very unfriendly and didn't even respond back to me when I asked my total before they were trying to make me tap my card.

HUGE POTENTIAL, but it’s just not there. I’m an avid cafe enthusiast and I love going to cafes and sitting down to work.I personally did not enjoy the experience at Bunnyhug. There was TONS of seating, but it lacked some basic cafe things. There wasn’t internet, so we had to hotspot data. There also weren’t many outlets to charge things. When we went to the loft upstairs, it felt “dusty” and not clean at all. It’s as if no one had come to clean for a whole week. There were crumbs everywhere and it just wasn’t an enjoyable experience. Maybe we caught them at the wrong time of day, but there are definitely better places to go to.Also, my friend who has severe allergies didn’t feel 100% sure about their ability to not have cross contamination. Luckily nothing happened, but she definitely won’t be going back. For the sake of those who have allergies, please be diligent and confident about what goes in your food.This is in a GREAT location, and I honestly believe if the owners put more work into it, this could be a great spot!! But right now, it’s just not the vibe.

Really cozy vibes, friendly staff and great tasting food! I got the veggie panini and the cheesy pepper soup which was very flavourful and tasted homemade. The longjohn donuts were also super fresh and tasty (same people as Nestor’s).The only thing I wouldn’t get again is a latte as it was one of those machine-made ones and you could tell.

Great place to eat in! Changed my mind about taking out my order. The place itself and the people have a calm and friendly vibe! Food is also great, especially the Matcha frappe I got! Panini and Lemon Tart are good as well, so thinking if visiting again and trying the other stuff~ Pictures are from the second floor

Lovely space with reasonable pricing. I tried the mushroom soup and appreciated how home-made it tasted! Really delicious. I also love the use of pureed mushrooms in place of heavy cream!
