Sukha Yoga Studio

I love the convienience of having a professional yoga studio in the neighborhood. It's a small space, fits about 6 ppl comfortably. I like the infrared heaters, abundance of equipment and $10 class fee, which is a good price.

Super welcoming and supportive yogi community. There're different yoga styles to choose from.Our favorite is Kundalini Yoga - amazing combination of exercise, meditation and gong experience. Yes, there's an actual gong and its music is mind-blowing!

Sukha Yoga is such an inclusive and safe space. Prior to joining, I had very minimal experience practicing. A few classes through my gym here and there. The thought of going to a studio specific to yoga was very daunting for me. I'm beyond grateful that I didn't let that steer me away. Jess has been a breath of fresh air since day 1. Always so kind and welcoming. I've done a few classes now with Ian. He is so personable and provides a sense of pride that you showed up on your mat each practice. Overall, the instructors are knowledgable and encouraging of all skill levels. I am now just over a month in and can't picture my weekdays without Sukha. I'm so proud of the strength I have gained both physically and mentally. I look forward to further growth, skill expansion, and deepening my connections made.
