Our Interior Designer took us to Capital Tile & Stone in Surrey. They have an extensive selection of products, were very competitively priced and their staff were knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased some beautiful Tau 3x12 tile

Quality selection and service and prices to match! Visited Calgary and stayed at the new Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Calgary Airport East (WOW WHAT A HOTEL!)) and absolutely loved the tile throughout the hotel and I knew I had to have it for my new place being built in Vancouver. Did some investigation and found out that the tile was supplied from Capital Tile and Stone in Surrey BC which happens to be only 30 to 40km from my new home under construction. I was very impressed by the helpful team at Capital Tile and they were able to get me exactly what I was looking for and even gave me some great suggestions on how to enhance the look of the tile. 100% Recommend!

Oh boy where do I start from. Capital Tile has WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. We purchased tiles from the same company a few times, but recently no customer service at all. We wanted to buy different types of tiles but 3 representatives sitting warming their butts but never greeted us, no movement at all. After few minutes without anyone asking us for assistance, we left and bought tiles from The Tile Depot. Stay away from Capital Tile.

I have been dealing with Capital Tile for the past 3 years and have been very happy with the product and customer service. I had a pallet of floor tile that I had for 6 months in my possession when my client decided they wanted a different color. Capital exchanged it, no questions asked...try that at Ames Tile! Good prices, good product and good people to deal with. I recommend Capital Tile.
