We brought our dog here today, as we used to bring in our cat and never had any issues.The person that took him today however seemed to lack experience unfortunately and it took over 3 hours to get our dog groomed. (Dog is 6 lbs). Upon picking him up, they told my husband in a polite way to take the dog elsewhere next time because our dog was too “fidgety”.Super disappointed as we haven’t had this issue in the past - dogs move while a getting groomed, and it’s quite normal.

I have an old cat that is really skinny and was pretty matted. She did a wonderful job of getting him shaved without much fuss. Great service, great price. Definitely will go back.

My puppy's first grooming experience today. Didn't know what to expect. He's usually highly anxious. When I picked him up, he was playful and didn't look scared or stressed at all. He looked and smelled great. Excellent service and quality of work for an excellent price. We are clients for life now. Sam and I thank you.

These ladies have serious attitude problems. They have not the slightest clue of how to deal with people. It seems like they can’t handle their work and are frustrated because of it. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but honestly in 20 years of business I have never seen such rudeness. A professional dog groomer that can’t handle a small puppy. I have also noticed they attack people who leave bad comments so this should be fun. Shows their horrible character problems. AVOID!

Good work but bad attitude. You can sense the lack of fulfillment in her work when welcomed. That forced smile and cutting to the chase" attitude after being complimented tells you a lot. Inner work would help her."

Good groomers for cats - however you have to hold your own cat while it’s being groomed, so you need to wear clothes that you don’t mind getting full of fur and don’t plan on going out directly after! Otherwise very good, very friendly, always available same day or next

Amazing place and they’re the best at what they do! They’re extremely friendly and caring. Wouldn’t go anywhere else & prices are a lot cheaper then most so thats a bonus!!!

It's understandable that staff is busy and therefore a voice mail is in place; but it is unacceptable that after leaving 3 voice messages on different days, no-one bothered to give me a call back. This only indicates lacks of professionalism, so even if i haven't tried the services on this place, I wouldn't bring my dog, neither recommend this place. Luckily I found a much nicer place ;)
