Been struggling getting back into fitness due to fibromyalgia chronic fatigue and pain.After exhausting all my venues “doctors” I figured I would stop in and ask questions.A friend took me in and after 20 minutes of talking I walked out with three items and so far those items are helping me recover faster and feel less fatigued.My chronic pain has gone from a 8or9 out of ten to a 5/10Thanks for the help

I went in there last week and asked some questions ... got some great advice and brought some protein and pancake mix (yum). Very happy with the experience and the person said to come in any time I have questions. Definatly will be coming back in the future

Highly recommend! Went in for a shake 2 days ago ( chocolate peanut butter ) which tasted amazing! Went back today and asked some questions as I am new to all this. They were knowledagable and friendly. Ended up picking up some BCAA'S and some iso protein!

I've brought my dog (German Shepherd) into this store, and they were absolutely great with her.Reasonably priced product, knowledgeable staff and a clean well kept store.Never tried their on site made protein shakes. But will next time and update this review.
