Diamondz Designated Drivers

Used once and had a great experience. Second time I tried to use their services three phone systems said they were not accepting calls. Hit or miss it seems.EDIT: Changed from 3 to 4 stars as the business responds to feedback with professionalism. I have confirmed that the number I called was correct. The attempted call was the 23rd of December.

It saddens me to see the lower ratings. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this company. I never take the time to leave a review unless the service is exceptional. I’ve used this service to get our vehicles home a hand full of times and will continue to do so. They are always there to answer when we need them and have always been on time. First time using the service, Very nice people the gentle man who drove my car was really careful & easy going had a nice conversation about cars on my way home haha, would highly recommend very professional. Thank you

The last three times I’ve used this service they were 30-45 min later than they had originally said they’d be. The drivers smell very strong of cigarette smoke, I’ve had to tell the driver to put his phone away while he was driving my car because he was texting and the cost is almost double a cab! Don’t bother!!! I’ll not EVER use this service again. Cab or Uber both ways from now on. No question.

It was really great to have someone drive me home in my own car. However the driver was consistently throughout the drive showing me pictures on his phone and driving the car outside of the lanes on a 400 Series Highway during a rainstorm at near freezing temperature. He was totally irresponsible and I think I might have smelled alcohol on his breath despite having a few drinks myself. At the end of the drive I paid what I felt was a liberal amount of money and was apparently expected to provide a tip on top of that as the driver pointed it out several times during the transaction. I'm all for tipping but not when the service is inadequate or in this case dangerous. Next time, I'll probably call a different designated driver company.

Diamond designated drivers are literally the Angels!! They get me home safe after I’ve consumed a few adult beverages. Every single one of their team is fantastic! from their dispatcher to the drivers, are absolutely fantastic.!These wonderful people are literally staying up all night to make sure we get home safe with our vehicles. They are wonderful humans.If you use their services, be polite, respectful, non-derogatory and treat them as you would a friend or family member.Remember, they are getting you home safe and deserve to be treated with respect no matter how intoxicated you are.This team is a 15 out of ten in my books.Again, thank you for getting me home safe and sound.

Knowing your car is home and you didn’t have to be inconvenienced really makes the good time you had a safe and respectable outing . Glad this is a service I can count on .

Never used a designated driver service before, but Used Diamondz for the first time last weekend and was amazed by the service. Had a few questions and the dispatcher answered them for me with ease and was very pleasant.I’m very particular about people driving my car, and I would let them do it again in a heartbeat. Safe, reliable, they treat your vehicle as their own and also a great bang for your buck. If you’ve had a few to many pops, I would highly suggest Diamondz as your go to DD service!

My first call when I’ve had a few too many wobbly pops downtown. They’re always very kind to me and I feel like they drive my automatic car just fine. Respectful and reasonable drivers.
