I recently visited the Tim Hortons location in Welland and it was hands down the worst experience I've had in a long time. To start, the drive-thru service was incredibly slow and it took several minutes just to place my order. When I finally received my food, I was extremely disappointed to be told that the snacks I had ordered were not available and that they would be replacing them with more donuts.This was unacceptable and showed a complete lack of attention to customer service. I was extremely disappointed and felt as though my time and money had been wasted. The staff seemed uninterested in helping to rectify the situation, which only added to my frustration.I will not be returning to this Tim Hortons location and would not recommend it to anyone. There are many other options available in the area and I suggest choosing one of them instead. This experience was a complete waste of time and money and I would not wish it upon anyone else.

I got a chocolate creamy chill from this tim hortons and drank it with no problem. The next morning i was up very early with a severe stomach pain, so bad that i could barely move. I threw up several times in the span of 2 hours. My stomach still feels painful. I do not know what the workers did to the drink or even what happened, but I am very disappointed of what happened to me and I hope that the staff was clean and nothing was expired or stale.

Quick, friendly, and consistent! This is an excellent Tim Hortons, and always where I start my morning. The woman who is always at the window in the mornings literally makes my day every morning with her kind and friendly demeanour. Absolutely great!

Bought two creamy chocolate chill drinks for the kids. Both got sick the very next day (threw up several times the whole day). I think ingredients were either bad or expired. Owner and workers must ensure that no ingredient in store is stale.

Really had a bad experience today, drive thru was 3 minutes a car, so, took 12 minutes to get my coffee, cashier did not make proper change -i didn't complain got on the highway, the coffee was so watery, it really tasted like milk in hot water. Really disappointing.

This Tim hortons used to be great when we moved to the area 1.5 years ago. It has gotten worse, drive thru takes some days 10 minutes to get through. There could be 3 cars and still takes 10 minutes to get through.For a 24 hours tim hortons sometimes we go around 6-7pm for baked goods; they won’t have any left. Some days we will go through all the baked goods and most times will leave without any. I think for a 24 hour Tim’s they should make a small selection of baked goods available for overnight, but to stop fully making baked goods at 6-7pm is a little to much.The only reason why we keep coming is the staff here is great.

Just took medium 2 French vanilla for my guest at job. It was just a watery liquid. Also when visited previously, no welcoming reply and showed arrogance. Worst quality of coffee I have. Ever tasted and zero respect by elderly staffs.

Stop in on my way to work some nights for iced coffee. I'm not sure what the issue is, but some nights it's like they put way too much syrup in them and then other nights when I ask for specifically 2pumps they put none. I buy 2 because I work overnights, when i spend almost $7 I'd think that they'd taste drinkable atleast.

Love love love this location! This location has everything, great customer service & a very tidy store. I stop here every other day before going to the dog park because of the service and the pleasant staff! They make you feel like you are part of their family!Besides, my steeped tea tastes the same every day.Their customer is top-notch. Even at night they have have everything in stock and fresh. Plenty of parking space and drive-thru moves find. Close to the highway exit.
