Olympia Tile

Zero star, after seeing all the comments from years ago or even recently. Indeed, they still have no customer service in store even TODAY. My husband and I arrived in the store at around 3pm or 3:30pm and there are NO staff, not even once ever greet us or serve us until 5 minutes before they close the shop. The A staff came along our way and just say to us that we need to leave in 5 minutes as the store is closing, luckily we have the tile codes written down on the paper that we did pick up from the entrance by ourselves when entering the store. We gave the A staff the code number for collecting the tile samples but one of the tiles is without any descriptions, so we bring the A staff to that particular tile to ask for more information. The A staff told us there is no sample can be provided. Fine, we asked the A staff that we want more information, like the price or size of that particular tile. Then, the A staff left us, as we assume the A staff will provide us on the information on paper or other means as the A staff went in to get the sample tiles. After awhile later, there are B and C staff bringing out the sample tiles, and we saw the A staff came back to the front desk but she didn’t even bother talking to us and went behind the front desk. We asked the B staff if they have the information on that particular tile with no description on. While, the B staff have no idea so she looked over at A staff, but A staff never reply or help in this situation. B staff then plainly told us that they are closed now, no information can be provided from the front desk. We felt helpless in that situation and leaving the store immediately. We understand that everyone want to leave on time from work. However, is it really that difficult to just writing down the price, size and information or they just don’t know what products they provide in their own store?They are big company, they have million customer that are willing to pay for their quality tile. We are just any customer on the street, they don’t need us to be their customer. If you want quality tile go buy it, don’t ever ask for any customer services provided from them.

Originally, my developer/contractor gave me the wrong color code of the wall tiles. Jenna was amazing, and she was able to help me to find the right color of my kitchen wall tiles. Very satisfied with her service!

These people are the absolute slowest. It's completely baffling. This is all assuming they even have your order after they told you they do.

Solidly mediocre. The showroom is clean and well lit with good selection, but finding the right person to speak with can be challenging. I placed my order easily over the phone and was told that my order was ready for pick up, but I ended up having to wait 1hr 15min for a tiny box of 4 tiles to be pulled from the warehouse.

Probably the worst service experience. I was only there to pick up some tiles. Seems to be pretty complicated think to do. I was having a conversation with a warehouse staff member as I arrived at the wrong door. Before he was able to tell me where I was suppose to go a lady interrupted us and told me I couldn't be there and told me to leave ... Not knowing where to go I walk around the building to find the right door. I got inside the warehouse there were six people working and or chatting with one another no one acknowledged a customer entering the premises. After waiting 10 minutes I was told I'm in the wrong area and I should be going to the pickup window... Finally some direction... The only reason they earned the two stars is because of the workers inside the warehouse who were extremely friendly and the gentleman at the pickup window.

We asked for help finding tile to match our vision. They just pointed us towards the floor and we had to fend for ourselves.

The receptionist who answers the phone is very rude. She asked to be on line and please hold but she didn’t actually hold the call assuming she didn’t check. I can actually listen to her talking to someone on her personal phone and laughing and keeping a customer call on hold. That is a terrible customer service to begin with. When I called the Indian Asian lady again and asked why she put me on hold for 15 minutes, she started arguing and blaming me for doubting. When I asked for her name she refused saying she doesn’t care and management is behind her. Why will a customer visit your store if the first contact the receptionist has the worst telephone etiquettes. One star is even more for that receptionist

Zero stars. Called an hour before I arrived to check if my order was ready/in stock and I was told it was and they would put it in the cue for picking. I arrived and they told me to wait and it was being picked. 5 hours later(not over-exaggerating),after many attempts at asking the desk where my order was, they told me they couldn’t find a tile on my order and they would call me when it was found and ready. One week later - no calls back, warehouse won’t pick up their phones, no one in this company is any help...and I still have no tile.

Our contractor told us about this place but everything seems to be very pricy. We didn't buy there.

This is one of the best tile stores in the city by far. They have a huge selection and their prices are pretty reasonable considering the wide variety of offerings. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I’ve never been able to order and pick up on the same day, which would be nice. Their warehouse always seems to be backed up or undergoing some form of “update” so it’s kind of a mess actually getting your order.
