I have been exchanging at this place since 7 years, though the company name changed the staff are the same. They are very professional, friendly and helpful in suggesting market trends as their traders are quite knowledgeable. They also buy and sell over 80 currencies that fits my travel needs. I am very happy with their services and also recommended them to my family and friends.

First time using a private currency exchange instead of a bank. The rate is a lot better, not to mention they have the lowest rate out of most local exchange shops. The process was super easy - I was in and out in about four minutes.Shoaib Provided a Great service :)

I went to exchange yen and the communication was just horrible. I ended paying more as the exchange for c$ to JPY wasn't great but then the exchange from USD to JPY sounded better, but what they were quoting me was USD to CAD and then CAD to JPY. I lost money on both exchanges. I wished the person was able to communicate better.

I sent money back home on 27 Feb, 2022 and till now, 5 March 2022, the money did not reach there. I need to find out how to get back money from them or where to complain.It will be helpful if someone let know which ministry to complain?Update: Finally money got there in 7 days.

Highly recommend for your exchange needs.Literally, THE best rates. Great customer service! They had such patience while I was figuring out what I needed. Line up wasn't long and I came on a Friday afternoon.I also overheard them calling back customers who were waiting for more Euros to tell them they got more. That's service right there.

Great location and excellent, competitive rates. No commission or fees ever!! This is the best location downtown Toronto to exchange your currency. Close to Eaton Centre and other tourist attractions. They have the best rates in the city. Pleasant staff and no long lines. I highly recommend WSF!

Very nice and kind service, amazing rate for currency exchange.I came in with 200 USD while the rate for CAD was 1.30 per 1 USD, and they gave me 1.28 CAD for each 1 USD minus 1$ from the amount I should get. Got 255 CAD for the amount I've exchanged.

Best rates in the city, better than any other Bank! No long lines, fast customer service and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend! Augustine and Josephine were always very helpful and made the whole currency exchange a breeze. I’ve been using this place for a few years for all my foreign exchange needs and they are great!
