Harpreet was just fantastic at the bell mobility store in the Tillicum mall. I came to get my info transferred from one. He was just Great. Transferring everything from one phone to the other and did it with a cheery smile and some jokes

Today I had a great costumer service. Vibhor and Harpreets helped me change my previous Bell plan on new Bell plan which is cheaper and has more data and I got a new iPhone 14. So happy. Thank you so much guys I appreciate you for your help.

Went in for a simple plan. Asked to have my phone hooked up to my mom's plan for the cheapest plan. They kept trying to upsell me to the point I had to just leave. Listen to what the customer wants and stop being so pushy. Either way went to telus and they gave me exactly what I wanted. Even cheaper!

Bell has been nothing but the worst experience I’ve ever had with a phone company. Will not be going back due to the lack of good service and charging $400 for a free phone replacement and disconnecting services over it when moneys been sent company’s a bunch of crooks, that are not here to help anyone get anywhereOver charging and not providing anything they promise.will be letting my employer know to switch over his fleet of phones from theses crooks and anyone I see absolutely disgusted with my full experience.You can send my bill to collections I’ll pay people who do their job correctly✌️

Had a great experience upgrading my phone here. Upgrades always seem to take a long time but it was a lot faster here than downtown.
