When the website and on google says open till 12 AM. That means open till that time. 3 workers ain’t short staffed at 11pm. all 3 sitting in the back on their phones doing nothing. Just sitting around and getting paid.

The negative reviews are truthful and accurate. In the past 2 to3 years this BK has gone downhill on food quality and service. It's become a hit and miss and more so of the latter. Hopefully the owners will take to heart the complaints and improve in all areas.

Manager did not know the burger I was trying to order and its on the huge menu, after finally getting my order placed he went on break. Went to get our drinks and tried to get cherry coke, it was soda water...so I went to get fruitopia, soda water.... lol I should have put signs up". Waited 15 minutes while watching 3 other orders get made for drivethru

one of the employees came out and watched my wife in the drive through then took pictures of the vehicle and her inside. Very creepy people working there. And they got the order wrong

Staff went outside and came back in and went back touching food without changing their gloves. Pointed it out he argued with me and went and changed his gloves. Don't know if I will ever come back. Place has really gone down hill.

May 22nd 2023 at 11am the guy working the cash was very sweet and doing his best to please the customers but the guy with the headset making the bugurs was very rude to his co workers and was playing on his phone several times while making food and never changed his gloves! Good job to the guy working the cash you deserve to be treated way better ♡♡

Could not make burgers...did not bother to let us know when we arrived. I did not order. My grand daughters food was old and order was wrong. Sad looking ice cream.

Two of the best young cashier's ever. A big shout out to Ashland and Jordan for being so big hearted and spirit lifting, we surely need more people to spread the love.PS, Ella Bella loves you guy's too.
