North Idaho Energy Logs Inc

Bought two pallets of these pellets and have had to tape every bag on one pallet closed. Will not be buying these again. There are too many other options out there to have to deal with that.

This is also a review of the North Idaho Pellets. After using Clean Burn and Golden Fire, I finally tried these after hearing great things, and from the recommendation from the company that we purchased our Quadrafire stove from. My neighbor and I split a pallet. We were both extremely dissapointed. Way dirtier abd much more ash than the other two brands. Did a thorough cleaning of stove, including vacuuming out all remnants of prior pellets. After only 4 days my stove was filthy and full of ash. Glass was dirtier than it would have been after a week with the others. They claim to have 1/2 the ash content as others, but our experience was the opposite. Will not buy again.

As long as you keep these logs dry they burn long and hot. As other reviewers stated, you can get an overnight burn consistently with these if you use them strategically. I rest easy knowing I have this year's and next year's heat tucked into an unused corner of my garage. I have tried others but these burn best.

I burn the energy logs and will never not. They are so good. I have a small stove that gets about a 6-7hr burn with regular firewood depending on if my piece is filling the entire space in the stove.My stove space is 7 x 9". Small. These logs are so good. I can get a 9hr burn out of 1 log on top of my bed of coals before bed

These energy logs are awesome. 1 log in the back of the woodstove at night on top of some hot coals, close the damper all the way and wake up to hot coals in the morning 8-10 hours later. Keeps the house very warm all night. We burn Red Fir and 1 energy log at night and keeps our 1850 square feet home at 75+ degrees till morning. Burns hotter and longer than large rounds of wood. Highly recommend them.

Used this brand of pellets for a couple years. This year there are a ton of pellets that simply turn black and won't burn. It's a hassle, waste of time and money. I'll be looking into a new brand when we buy again.

Why anyone would burn natural wood after experiencing North idaho energy logs which burn long, hot, even, clean for hours and when dampened down leave coals in the morning.I've purchased firewood for years from Idaho woodsman that's always wet with so many knots when it's in rounds that it ends up in bonfires to clear debris. Save yourself the trouble of paying for wet wood that needs to be split...Buy Energy logs!

We had a horrible time with these logs. Rep in area said important to keep logs dry. "Kept them in heated garage". Called the company twice and did exactly what they told us - no help. They are very heavy and hard to get started unless we put them on a large pile of kindling. When they burned it was for only a brief time then they turned black and burned from the inside giving off no flame. Gave little heat. It was one of the coldest winters we have experiences - inside! They also crumble and drop sawdust all over

Our first year using energy logs, so far one log keeps our place mid 80s use a fan and push around am totally comfortable. Plus each log can be broke up to contol the heat release and use damper to have good coals in the mornings. Great product.

We used the logs and they burn really hot. But have had an extremely poor experience with pellets this season. Used 2 pallets of Lignetics and then now on a pallet of North Idaho Enregy pellets. They leave so much ash in the box. I have to completely vacuum it every 3 days or so. Lignetics is like once a month. Don’t buy these pellets.
