So I had all of my tires slashed on my truck a few months back. Just found out it was a couple of of employees from high country tire that did it to make more business. Luke singer, Alex Munroe, and Jeff Harris. Not good for business boys and not cool. Your names will be out to the public until I receive all four replaced

Called for mobile service to replace flat on Cub Van, only to have mechanic put wrong size tire on which was clearly visible at a glance as there was a 1 inch difference in height between the inner and outer tire . Invoice indicated they had the correct information but grabbed the wrong tire at the shop. Had to travel out of my way to have them switched out the tire. Refused to refund me on service portion of the invoice for their mistake and my inconvenience. I've worked in the construction industry for 20 years and been to many tire shops, wouldn't recommend this place over the completion, very disappointed.

I have been there and found there service to be good but after 3or 4 visits to balance tires they failed t o do it is my opinion that some tires simply can not be balanced and i believe they buy second rate tires that tire company cant sell even though the new they cant be balanced i will never go back there i have also learned some of there equipment is old and out dated i believe its one of the reasons they cant balance tires sorry t tell it how it is

we showed up with a flat on our MH while camping with our g/kids nearby. took us right in repaired it and charged about $25. just exceptional service. thanks gents.
