Mercedes-Benz Gatineau

Stopped giving out loaners. Started charging for code readings even if I can provide the same reading. Won't answer phone to book tire swap, they have my summers in storage so I can't go elsewhere. Online booking does not work at all. The hold on the phone is insanely annoying when I'm forced to call and book. No answer after 10 minutes of hold time on the line. Secretary can usually book it but I don't think she could speak english so was transferred to service. Writing this as I wait an hour to try again.When I first started coming here I was treated like royalty, the staff was amazing and made me feel valued. Now those staff members are gone and I'm treated like it feels they don't even want my business anymore. Just want my money, no care if I'm satisfied anymore. They even stopped asking how the service was. In the past I got surveys to fill out with each visit but not anymore since the staff was replaced.

I bought my CLA250 8 months ago from Gatineau Mercedes and have been using Gatineau Mercedes to do all of the work on it even though I live in Ottawa. Driving to this dealership is less convenient but the service is well worth it. I find this dealership totally professional, probably the best dealership I have ever been to. Daniel my salesperson was very knowledgable and extremely patient with me as I went through the details of my purchase. Every time I meet Daniel at the dealership he always has a smile and a handshake. The service area is equally as professional. The reception at the service area is alway respectful and professional. The reps are knowledge able and always resolve any issue in a timely manner. The car is always returned washed and cleaned. Wow! Just a totally great experience and I totally recommend this dealership.

Vehicle left at service for a battery related issues for 4 days…. No follow up. No courtesy car. No service. Worst customer service I’ve seen or dealt with in a long time. 2022/180,000$ truck and zero after sales service. I highly recommend you find another Mercedes dealer to service your vehicle.No service manager to discuss the issue with! So resourcing to Google for my complaint!Save yourself the headache and don’t service your vehicle here.

I wish I had better things to say about this dealership but, I've called three times now to speak to someone from the service department and they have yet to get back to me (going on 3 weeks). Coming from someone that has been going there for years - such a shame.If you have the means, go to Mercedes Benz Ottawa Downtown on St-Laurent Boulevard - the service is infinitely better.

We had a very pleasant experience at the dealership and a really professional, kind and helpful service by our salesperson Yves. He was very open, friendly and honest about the car we fell in love with, also available and open to communication outside the normal business hours. Our almost 2 year old daughter also loved the place and was treated totally kind by everyone. Well deserved positive rating!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awesome service,I bought a used 2018 c class and was treated great,. unlike some other dealerships i visited. They really care. My instrument cluster is gross and was told by a garage that too much cleaning fluid was left on the plastic. I let them know after a engine light came on as I was 20 k away on my way to work. First they said it was covered but try to back out of it while it was being fixed. Please dont ever call me a liar.

Customer service is absolute trash. I called them before a tow truck to have my car brought there and the service department told me theyd have time to work on my car that day ( program the key). Because of it I rode with the tow truck and when i got there they told me 3 weeks to get the work done. I had to take a cab home and I now have no way to transport my children around. I wouldn’t have brought it to them if id have known, I would have gone to another location. No apology offered whatsoever.

I had my summer wheels stored there, and when I went to change for my summer wheels they took 2 hours to make the change and installed the wrong wheels... I do not recommend.

This is by far the best car buying experience I have had. The professional approach of the staff is apparent from the moment I entered the immaculate showroom. Lacking a sales pitch the experience was so pleasant that I didn't once feel that I have to bring up their guards. The dealer incentives competitive pricing are a true bang for your buck. The team tailored the payment plan in my case to suit my needs. My sales consultant Stephane Ross was a seasoned AMG specialist and knew the car inside out. All in all, from the test drive to signing the papers with Stephane Thibault and taking possession of the car with Phelix the team worked with us with such professionalism to represent the Mercedes quality. I would recommend this place to anyone shopping for a Mercedes.

Wow! Unbelievably poor service. My wife had a simple add blue problem with her vehicle. When add blue is low you have a limited number of starts before your vehicle will have to be towed. Since I was in meetings and was unable to take care of it myself...I told her to go see the team at Mercedes and reassured her that they would help her out so she wouldn't end up stuck on the side of the road. After all...this was not like she was asking for an oil change or complicated service for the vehicle. She just didn't want to end up stuck on the side of the road!!! The service team told her they were busy and to come back next week. When my wife explained that she couldn't come back in a week because the limited number of starts she had left, they told her they couldn't help her. She requested to speak with a technician so she can get them to help her refill the add blue. She was told NO! Unbelievable. She had to then go to the parts department and purchase the add blue and try to do it herself. She had to go back and forth 3 times with this department to try and fix the problem. Each time she never got any extra assistance. They just stood by and watched her deal with the problem herself. We've purchased multiple vehicles from the Mercedes in Gatineau. We used to feel like we had VIP service. The service at this location has gone down toilet and I strongly recommend you avoid Mercedes-Benz Gatineau whether you want to purchase a vehicle or get service! Avoid at all costs!!!
