We recently purchased our 2016 Chevrolet Cruze from Northend Auto and the customer service we received from Carl and Derek was absolutely phenomenal. They welcomed us right away and were both very courteous answering any questions we had. They made our kids feel included, joked with them and even gave them popsicles when waiting to pickup the car. To top it all off they made sure we left with a full tank of gas, an oil change AND a car wash. Its now been just over a week since our purchase and we love our new car. These guys are exceptional. After visiting a lot of car lots we highly recommend these guys. Keep up the good work Northend.

Great shop. Very reasonable with prices, always call to update what the cost of the parts/labour is at. They don't bolt parts on that you didn't discuss without talking to you either so never any surprises on the bill. Friendly and helpful at the desk. Always recommend these guys to friends and family looking for a shop.

They were very helpful when I had to get my rear wheel bearing changed on a Saturday where they closed at noon. I dropped it off at 10 am and 11:45 am they called telling me it was finished. They even found a cheaper bearing and saved me 100$.

I take both my SUV there and my company-supplied service van there. The service is excellent! Always on time and kept informed of what is going on. I recently purchased a used SUV there. The price was great. After I purchased it a couple of issues popped up and they were promptly taken care of at no cost. Highly recommend dealing with Jeff for a good quality used car.
