Cedar Valley Pet Resort is the only place I board my dog (and I drive over an hour to get there). The staff are super friendly and accommodating, and do a great job dealing with all of my dog's needs (he's great, but a bit high maintenance with skin and allergy issues). My dog loves going there and gets extremely excited as soon as we pull up. The staff sends me updates with how he's doing, and I often get photos of him playing with other dogs, or hanging out in the office. I once had something come up that prevented me from picking him up during their regular hours, and they allowed me to pick him up at an alternate time (which was extremely helpful).

Excellent customer service. You can tell that he loves animals. My cats had the cat condo. Pricing is excellent. I will return that is for sure. Thank you Cedar Valley Pet Resort.

This place is so awesome. They care for your dog as if he/she was their own. I’d never seen my dog as excited as when we pulled into park at their facility.Also, the owner is incredible with literally any kind of dog and his/her behaviour, no matter the source. He rehabilitates dogs that have been to h*ll and back. He earns the trust of every dog he rescues and it’s incredible to follow their stories. His patience is unwavering and the successes are infinite.Bring your dog here! You’ll be so happy you did!!

My Dog loves it a cedar valley pet resort. He comes home, tired and well cared for. I did not use CVPR prior to Brian being the owner, but I find him a great business owner and a very caring and intelligent person when it comes to four legged friends. I would recommend cedar valley pet resort to all pet owners.

I was needing a 1 month boarding option for a dog with a challenging personality. Not an easy find.I know Brian, but we are acquaintances and not friends, for transparency.Knowing Brian was at the helm of this facility, I reached out the team to see if they could accommodate the need. The staff were professional and welcoming (not knowing I knew Brian) from the initial contact to when the dog was being picked up 1 month later.A dog that was shut down and unsure, blossomed in this boarding facility over the course of 1 month. There was a plethora of updates and it was undeniable that the dog left in their care was loved and cared for as though she was their own.When picking her up after her 1 month stay, it was clear to see how attached she had grown to the staff and in turn, them to her. It's abundantly obvious this is more than a job for everyone at this kennel, this is a passion and it's laced with kindness, compassion and empathy.I would highly suggest this facility if you needed to board your dog or cat for a day, week or month. Just look at the love between the owner and the dog I boarded when they were saying good-bye.

I have been boarding my dog(s) with CVPR for years. I had some issues with the previous manager but since she is no longer with CVPR, I have returned to them to care for my fur family. I find the new owner and his staff very caring, knowledgeable and hard working people. I have read a few of the other reviews and don't necessarily agree with some of them. I will recommend to anyone that they utilize Cedar Valley Pet Resort for their animal care needs. Brian is a fair and caring person who treats every pet as his own. I hope he keeps the same level of care of our furry family for years to come.
