This company winterized my irrigation system last year. When I turned the sprinklers on this year, I noticed a crack in the ball valve to the backflow preventer. Called them, and they showed up the very next day. They inspected the issue, owned up to their mistake, and fixed it immediately. Everyone from the phone operator to servicemen were all very professional. I'd be happy to hire them again.

I have been using Rainmaker for years to service my sprinkler system and they never disappoint! They provide the best experience and customer service at a fair rate. Recently, I had them tackle a major landscaping refresh at my home and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Mulching, sod, redoing flower beds, egg rock, planting trees they did it all in 2 days! And it looks fantastic. I highly recommend Rainmaker!

Quality work, good value, very customer oriented. The pictures probably don't look like much since half the work is underground - downspout drainage system, irrigation system - but if you had any idea what we all had to go through to get this done! We had to keep adjusting our schedule with Rainmaker due to the builder's multiple grading hiccups and then errors. Eventually Rainmaker helped us out and hedged the problem with the grade in the short term so we could finally have grass! They were amazing to work with. Would highly recommend!

When I had a leak in my sprinkler line, I called the company who installed my sprinklers, and they told me it would be 3 weeks before they could see me. I called RainMaker after that, and they had me on the schedule in less than a week.They showed up when they said they would, repair the leak, adjusted some of my sprinkler heads, and charged a very fair price. I'll be using RainMaker from now on.

The Rainmaker team is incredible. We changed companies this year after a company we used for years starting doing just commercial customers. That company recommended Rainmaker and we couldn't be happier. Potential customers look elsewhere. There are too many other irrigation companies out there. I had an appointment scheduled for a simple winterization, which they then canceled due to compressor issues. Days later, I then had to hunt down Jamiee in the office for a returned phone call. Then, via text message, she notified me that my appointment has now been pushed to the back of the line for 2 weeks later. This company possesses a lack in communication and a neglect in returned phone calls, which is why they have lost me as a customer, and I found services elsewhere before the freezing temperatures.
