They keep your personal data for ever, and then what? They just had a security breach! Why they kept our data for years is a mystery. One more sloppy organisation. Thank you!

I have to give one star today,because I had very bad booking experience. It use to be my favourite place to go for 20 years never had a negative thing to say. All it takes one negative person who answers the phone put all my information wrong.Book appointment, money went through my bank account,never got confirmation email,call next day to confirm,told no you don’t have appointment with us , ok hang up, they call in 5 minutes to say,sorry you do have appointment today. I went there just to hear that I don’t, They have my phone number but no my name. All that driving and gas spending for nothing.What kind of professional work we talking about. Well what can I say

The policy when a customer is injured at their spa is rediculous. My wife was at their spa on Tuesday and a steam vent malfunctioned and burned her leg, leaving a 3x4" burn. She had to leave to go to the hospital. They said they don't reimburse or do anything for the customer when this happens. We can't get a manager to call us back."
