Clearwater Towing

Helped me out of a bind when my car broke down halfway through a 12 hour road trip on Labour Day, despite being closed. Staff were incredibly helpful. Thank you all so much, because of you we made it to Edmonton safely and (almost) on time! :)

They were so helpful when my 18 year old daughter went in the ditch north of Vavenby in February. She was far from home and they made sure her car was out and road worthy the next day before she set out for the rest of her 10 hour drive home. Prices were reasonable and information about possible extra charges was upfront. Very pleasant to deal with.

I can't begin to express my appreciation for Calvin & Nelson. I had to get my car towed from the side of the highway, and with any accident, it's sometimes hard to get a clear answer through insurance or other companies. Nelson heard that I was needing help, and walked me through options and possibilities with getting my car towed. When the road closed, Calvin went to assess the area and came up with different ways of extricating the car. Nelson helped me through these ways and we were able to get it done. Even with questions he didn't know the answer, he was able to explain a lot, and that helped. The level of respect and care they have for their customers is top notch! Knock on wood, but if I'm ever in a pickle again, I know who I'm calling. Thanks Nelson & Calvin!

Very satisfied. Had a short simple move repositioning a fifth wheel rv but it was a first time task for me so it was good to have an experienced considerate driver who put it exactly where I wanted it and helped with the setup.No surprise charges. All done for the stated minimum. Good service.

They were good with me, but I did talk to a man who had been waiting for over 2 hours after so called opening. I'm not sure what day that was but when a business is so called open then be open, if your going to be closed then at least put up a posting on your business door saying what days you'll be open or closed, but just leaving it I don't think is very responsible

Clearwater Towing was AMAZING. We got stuck with a flat tire just out of town and Huck just happened to be sitting out where we got stuck. After speaking to him he drove to town to get the flatbed and once he arrived back his skills created calm in my partner who was quite concerned about his low vehicle being scraped lol. AND THEN after we waited hours in Clearwater hoping for a tow truck to take us to Kelowna that evening, Huck came back and took us the 4 hour drive. What a kind man. Keith, who we talked to on dispatch was also so kind and helpful. He did his best to help us out even though they were so busy. Thank you to everyone at Clearwater towing we owe you big time.

Outstanding service, very professional and helpful.Came out to Blue River in -30+ weather to get my truck started. Checked it over and got me set up back in Clearwater the next morning. Highly recommended you call them when you’re in need

We were stuck on the road on the August long weekend with an overheating vehicle, Calvin the driver that was dispatched to help us was very helpful and kind, going over and above to help. Assisted with arranging parts to be picked up from Kamloops and even lent me some tools to repair so we could continue on our weekend get away. Stellar customer service from Calvin!!!

Not friendly, communication needs improvement. When calling about my vehicle, I was told the mechanic was watching a hockey game, was hung up on, and not given an update. My vehicle was fixed appropriately, and roughly on time. This business needs a course on customer experience.
