I've been using their translation services for years, for our immigration needs especially, and they are amazing. Not only do they work hard to find translators (they found someone to translate a document from Georgian to English, that alone is incredible as translators are rare here!), they are extremely accommodating when you are in an emergency situation. A few weeks ago, I realized that we had forgotten to translate a document the day it was being requested. We had this realization at 6am, and thanks to Asiatis we had the certified translation in hand by 9am, for a 1pm appointment. Highly highly highly recommend !!

I had very unpleasant experience with them. I had 2 translation jobs needed to be done to submit to a government for my marriage. The information should've been very accurate. Those 2 translations both failed. I spent money and time for nothing. I can't even submit anything since the information isn't accurate. I asked them for the refund and they rejected. They asked me for proofreading which isn't my responsibility. It's the certified translators job if they have mistakes or not they should have double checked the documents which they failed to do and I needed to pay for that.
