Robert was absolutely fantastic and thorough. I was relocating from another province and looking at a house built in the early 80's so an inspection was very important to me.Robert was the perfect person for the job. So much experience and the reports are very detailed. Easy to talk to before and after the repot makes you feel really good about your knowledge of the property so you are in charge and know what you would be purchasing.Great overall experience and i would highly recommend Robert

Robert did an amazing job with home inspection. You would know his dedication with his job. He inspect the property thoroughly. He inspect without biased with seller or buyer. Amazing job. He goes above and beyond with inspection. Very detailed with the report and send the report quickly. He explains everything to you whatever he can find. Rob did such an amazing job. His inspection is very thorough and you can tell that he takes pride in his work. His report had everything from cracked window seals to plugs missing a cover plate. Robert was absolutely amazing. To begin, Robert was able to meet us at our prospective house within 20 minutes of us calling him. He actually got to the house before we did.Upon arriving, he was courteous and greeted us while explaining exactly how the home inspection was going to go as we are first time home buyers and this was also our first home inspection.When the inspection started, he was extremely thorough and explained which items he had seen needed to be taken care of right away and which items could wait.
