Victoria Hills Laundromat

I don't have too much experience with laundromats but had no complaints during my visit here. Everything was clean, functioning and the staff present at the time was very friendly.

I come here out of convenience, since it is the closest laundromat to my home. I've been a regular here since it opened and was never late to put my load in the drier or take out of the drier. Unfortunately, almost every time me and my boyfriend comes here, the owner singles us out telling us to come back in time. We live right across the street and would rather wait 20 minutes between loads in the comfort of our home than wait an hour in the uncomfortable and cramped, poor excuse of a waiting area. This last time, today, he did it again, when we've given him no reason to believe that we'll be late, because we never are. It is so insulting, when we've been nothing but respectable to this local business and their rules. They have lost a loyal customer, and I rather walk just a little further to another laundromat than be belittled by some grouchy laundromat owner.

All I gotta say is AMAZING! After my extremely bad experience at Dj's laundry café last week, I choose to come here. BEST DECISION EVER (Sunday morning). The young lady that attended me was so helpful, friendly, welcoming, explain everything I needed to know, extremely clean location, just amazing I say. I had such a great experience, this will be my go to place for now on. Thank you.(Please don't confuse this place with DJ's laundry café on Victoria and Westmount.)

I like this Laundry, humble guy , explains all the machine washers and dryers, I was there in 1and 1/2 he cleaned twice the washers and dryers, price are not bad , he said since 5 years he raised only $1 which very understandable, I went other laundry, no one care , price are very high , broken washer and dryers, lost money no one care ,

Just visited Victoria Hills Laundry and it was so clean and bright! All machines work and the service was incredible!The gentleman that was working was helpful and very kind!I will definitely be back when the items I need to wash do not fit in my washer!

I like this laundry , the guy and girl work here very helpful , very clean washers and dryer sand reasonable pri es I want to tell every one to come here.

My dryer broke down today and as a mom of 5 kids I really needed to get my laundry done ASAP. It was an extremely pleasant experience, the man working there was extremely kind and walked me through everything as I had never been to a Laundromat. One of my children even accidentally put money in a machine and the man working there was kind enough to give me back what she had put in! I was also super impressed with how clean and bright it was in there. Has a wonderful experience!
