I of course love Tim Horton's....Who doesn't. The only issue I have with this Timmy's in particular is that they close at 2:00 for the restaurant it self. Drive threw still open but no walk up orders taken or served. From what I have seen, many Tim Hortons in Brockville do this now and I have no clue why. The only reason that I can think of changing is the amount of homeless people we now have and maybe it is to stop the over use without purchase" but I am not an expert. So if you plan to stop in

The best Tims in Brockville for sure! And they were open although the other Tims had told us elsewise. And made our Wraps with so much love! Thank you!

Fri Jun 30 4:35 Young girl with glasses working cash. Needs to pick up the pace mind you that place has poor leadership so it doesn't SURPRISE ME. And she shouldn't be staring down customers while talking with another female co worker because I was having a conversation with the guy in front of me as he saw how slow she was getting stuff and making it.

It’s an okay TimHortons in this small town.Staff are friendly, food preparation speed is fast, indoor and outdoor environment are clean, food taste is the familiar TIM style.The only thing I am a bit unsatisfied is the visible flies inside the counter.Since it’s close to the highway, the driving through way is quite busy.In general, it’s a good choice in this small town.

I have to say somedays the service is quick and friendly but other days you can sit in drive through for 20 min plus. Anyway service aside today I ordered my usual coffee which about 50% of the time it ain't even stirred but today I ended up getting a mouth full of coffee grinds in my coffee well at least I hope it's coffee grinds which is the reason for this review. I hope this review reaches the manager or store owner and measures can be taken to rectify this situation. There needs to be major improvements in quality in service, and speed of service. Maybe some staff needs to be reminded that they are in the costumer service industry and costumer satisfaction should be their main priority.

Incredibly rude and condescending staff. They refused to let my boyfriend and I use the washroom until we order even when telling them we were going to order and didn't want to bring our food into the washroom. Disability stall was completely locked in woman's washroom where the change table is. Someone needs to train the staff in customer service etiquette.

I enjoy my dark roast coffee black but not when it's piping hot. I asked if they could fill my extra large cup filled with a quarter full of ice I was told they can't do that for me because they'll run out of ice for their iced drinks. Well, that's what I was kind of asking for. An iced drink. Maybe they need some more equipment to keep up with what their customers would like? It's not like I was asking them to fill up my drink cooler with ice or asking for ice for other purposes..Update, the link from the owner was not direct and had to figure out that part. It's been a week an no response as well.

Been coming in this particular store for many years usually just to get a coffee but sometimes some food too. And I've seen this store go through so much. They were once stable and good at handling the line ups. Because they had the staff but what people DO NOT think about is that these people ar low staffed because there was a 2 year long pandemic that affected the entire world and we're still recovering from it. I've only ever had an issue once and I don't blame them, things happen. But overall they've always been so kind to me and I've even been complimented on multiple occasions. As someone who also works in fast food here, I'm saying keep up the good work. People do see that your trying your best. ❤️✨️

Very poor service. Took 11 min to get threw drive thru. Ordered Large 2sugar 1 cream. They are not paying attention. Received Med 2milk 2 sugar. Give wrong change. Gave $3.00 Received .60. Coffee is not $2.40 People got to pay attention. Good thing I will not be back.
