I was very disappointed in this freshii. I'm sure everything in my bowl was a few days old including the chicken... the avocado was the only fresh thing in the bowl. And we found a hair in the bowl!!!! I wish I could give no stars!!!

The bowls were so small (filling 1/4 the bowl) it barely constituted as a meal. We reported it to the delivery app and got our money back.

It was my first-time trying food from this location. I ordered a chipotle cheddar bowl. Everything in that bowl was stale and it smelled so bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Please save yourself the pain and drive 5 minutes to another location. This one is absolute trash and the employees are even worse. I had ordered on the app for THIS LOCATION. I show up to the location...she says oh no I didnt get the order sorry go to another location. I drive 10 minutes to the other location SHE told me to go to. Show up there, I show them my order and they say that the first place I'd been (this location) was the correct one. They told me to go back because they weren't allowed to neglect my order. Already annoyed at this point, I drive another 10 minutes back to this location. Go in, same rude employee, tell her that is the right location and that I was told she can't neglect my order. Continues to tell me that she can make it....but I'll have to pay again. Like what the heck. I wasted over 30 minutes of my time and left without any food....even though I had paid for it. Someone needs to either re train this girl or boot her out the door. Come on now Freshii! Your food is great, so don't let trashy employees who don't treat customers like humans give you a bad reputation.

We placed an order from this location. Received an order completely not what we requested. With a sauce we stated we had an allergy too! Called the store and was told they would remake one for us and replace the bites with a different flavour. Drove the 20 min drive to get the order, drove back for it to be missing ingredients. Supervisor initially blamed a trainee who made the order for the error, but then supervisor made the remake and made it wrong. Staff need major training. If they don’t know what goes in your menu items you need to provide them more menu training and maybe cheat cards. They also need to learn how to handle an allergy as they could have killed someone today. Very unimpressed. Won’t order again after this waste of money and time.

I come in three times a week for a market salad. Dilpreet is super kind and remembers my order every time. I travel to this Freshii specifically she makes the salad so well. :)

Nice quality and quantity!Dilpreet the server took extra care for us and made smoothie which was too good in taste.Very fast and hygienic!Would like to go again
