Total Balance Physiotherapy
I first went to Kim in 2003. I was in pain and could not move my neck. I had a pinched nerve which also affected my arm. She was gentle and very calming. I spent about an hour and a half the first time and was out of pain for the first time in years. She used heat and a tens machine. I saw her 3 times the first week then 2 times the second week and once in the 3rd week. I go back to see her when it flares. I would highly recommend them.

Can't say enough about this clinic. Friendly, helpful staff and knowledgeable, skilled and caring therapists with a strong emphasis on education so you can take over from there to help maintain and improve function. Kim PT and Ashley RMT, in particular, are AMAZING! A special shoutout to their vestibular service - we are fortunate to have this locally, as so much rests on a complete and accurate assessment (speaking personally and professionally). Rest assured you are in very good hands here!!

Kim and her team are wonderful!! I am recovering from a knee replacement and they have been great with encouragement and support. Kim, Leah, Kendra and Liz were the four I interacted with mostly, but it is a bright cheerful atmosphere of caring people. They are amazing in my opinion. Went to Total Balance 2 weeks after a Total Knee Replacement and after 5 weeks of visits (with more to come) I want to recommend the group at Total Balance for all your Physiotherapy needs. I’ve been working with Kim, Kendra and Leah on all my rehab and every week I’m met with smiles and positive attitudes - you can tell they love what they do and really want you to succeed! They have a great online program to help you keep up to date on your exercises and will update them as you progress. A great experience with a professional physio company.

I highly recommend Total Balance Physiotherapy. Have been going there for years. All the staff there are excellent. Very kind and caring people. I've learned so much from them on how to take care of my injuries. Kim and Amanda are very knowledgeable and amazing physiotherapists. Ashley is an excellent massage therapist. As someone new to getting massage therapy, I'm glad I went here. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

Very satisfied with the team at Total Balance, a full year of treatments from Chiro / Osteo would not address a nagging shoulder situation. Andrew and his team steered me correctly and I'm back in shape. Highly recommended !

After multiple sessions with Amanda & the team at Total Balance, I would strongly recommend their services. Amanda listens attentively to all my aches & pains, providing thorough explanation of diagnosis and well-presented exercises to treat my issues. She takes the time to review my progress & reassess; I never feel rushed. All the staff are friendly & caring. A wonderful resource in Bracebridge.
