We found Rhiannon late in my third trimester of our first pregnancy, after failing to sign up and complete any traditional prenatal classes. I had always been leaning towards using a doula for birth support but hadn't found anyone in my research whose energy jived with ours until I stumbled upon Birth Boss Co online, and I'm so happy we did!Rhiannon was extremely attentive and easy to work with, always responding to our emails or text messages quickly and providing detailed informed answers to all of our questions. Nothing felt off of the table and we never felt stupid for asking something we weren't sure of. We entered the hospital for our son's birth feeling very prepared and were able to advocate for our preferences with our health care team because we understood the medical interventions being offered to us. Having Rhiannon's support a quick text or phone call away gave us additional confidence to make these decisions, especially as we ran into some complications post-birth and needed to spend additional time in the hospital.Conversations with Rhiannon regarding postpartum care for myself and the baby, as well as how we planned to navigate our new life with a newborn we’re also incredibly valuable.
