I've been here before never had a good experience, Not sure why I thought different this time around. I had a persistent cough, over the counter medication wasn't cutting it. I needed stronger antibiotics.When greeted at the counter by front desk lady, she asked me to view the paper on the glass and asked if I had any of those symptoms, I proceeded to say YES, a cough that's why I'm here...She immediately stated the doctor was not seeing anyone with these symptoms (on the sheet) as they are COVID symptoms. (A cough is also a cold symptom, but whatever)..She proceeded to take my phone number and told me the doctor would call me that evening between 5 and 8pm. That was over a week ago and still NO CALL. NEVER AGAIN will I support this private doctors office.You shouldn't be a doctor if you're afraid of a cough, I mean I was wearing a mask...Masks help, do they not?! LOL!!DO BETTER!

Dr. Salehi is one of the kindest, thorough, compassionate doctors I have ever seen. And the ladies at reception (Amanda and idk the other lady’s name) are amazing at getting us all in and out asap. Best of walk in clinic in Durham hands down!!!

Wasn't introduced to the doctor and he never told me his name; prescription says Dr M Saleh. He was very nice and listened to what I had to say.My only complaint is, what good is a walk-in clinic that is not staffed on weekends, leaving a hospital emergency department as your only recourse? Aren't walk-in clinics partly meant to help keep us out of emerg?

I find that receptionist is very cordial and professional. I would recommend t this to any of my friends and family

The best doctor I have ever seen, he listens to you for however long you need him, he makes sure all testing is done and checks in on it, I had leg pain and he found out the reason within 4 tests and my family Doctor of 10 years with knee pain never did 2/4 tests. I go to him now for everything.

I recently went to the clinic for a problem with my leg. First the nurse was amazing and so pleasant. Secondly the doctor was caring and more importantly knew right away and gave me very good information. It put my mind at ease. Great job!

Waited 6 days for a prescription refill call. Then they sent the presciption to the wrong pharmacy. Very frustrating having to call multiple times and call different pharmacies to figure it out after waiting so long. The doctor is nice but service is sometimes lacking for smaller tasks that shouldn't take long.

Extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!I visited the clinic to get a check up done and needed medication for blood pressure. The doctor gave me a prescription for medication, which after a few days I had lost the prescription. Called the clinic and informed them that I lost the prescription and asked if the doctor can rewrite the prescription for me or call in the prescription to a shoppers drug Mart close by so I can pick up the medication. I was informed that the doctor would call me back. I waited one week with no callback or response from the clinic. I then called back in and spoke to the nurse at the front and explain my situation which they informed me to come into the clinic and pick up the prescription. I arrive today at the clinic to pick up the prescription and was told I had to sit and wait for the doctor to see me. Meanwhile, the clinic was full. I sat and waited for 30 minutes with no acknowledgment. I then asked one of the nurses at the front if the doctor can just give me the prescription or Collins prescription to the pharmacist because I don’t need the doctor to see me. He already saw me and it’s unnecessary and I’m not willing to wait for two hours sitting in the clinic just to get a new prescription!! I asked the nurse to ask the doctor otherwise I’m not gonna sit for two hours, waiting to be seen unnecessarily. After 10 minutes again, the nurse came back and slap the prescription on the desk and said here’s the prescription and a very rude and unprofessional voice in front of all the other people in the clinic.! I don’t appreciate that. That’s very unprofessional and rude and if the service of this clinic is this way towards their patients when they have a sign on their clinic, saying that rudeness will not be tolerated well they should be reading their own signs!!
