Staff was very helpful and easy accessible for everything. It was really nice to visiting again it's very clean

Love this Walmart however I tried calling multiple times and couldn't connect with anyone. Customer service was kind however in trying to be prepared I Prepaid online for passport photos. Once I got there they said they couldn't do my 2 month old and I'd have to go to UPS (in the Walmart). This isn't posted on the website so just FYI. Also UPS is double the price. Thankfully calling Walmart for a refund was very easy.

Ordered next day pickup eight days ago (June 13) for my mom's birthday which is July 1. I assumed I had plenty of time for this. Over a week later and several calls into the help centre and I'm no closer to the pics. Guess I'm going elsewhere.

I love creating cards through Walmart Photo Centre. The website makes it easy to upload photos and has lots of tools to totally create your own unique cards. Have also created magnets that were great and ordered prints. Be aware that the cards take 8-12 business days to deliver. Have no idea why so long. The magnets come the next day. You can also get some prints the next day too. The staff have been really helpful when picking up orders. I use the Etobicoke Walmart on North Queen. They are super helpful!!

If I could give negative stars I would! I got a packed when I got my passport picture which included a 30 minutes studio session and a 30 minutes session at a local of my choice for like $200 or $300. I thought it would be a good gift idea for a family member for family pictures. The outside session wasn't 30 minutes (maybe 15 or 20 but no big deal) then when it came to selecting which pictures we wanted, we got told we got 2 for free which at the time we thought we would be getting physical copies of and were fine with. We also asked if any of their packages had a digital copy of the pictures and were told all of the packages did. So we spend $70 to get 5 extra pictures to get what we thought were 7 physical copies and a digital copy of all of the pictures. We were dead wrong! After paying and everything was done, we realized that we were just getting 7 PICTURES DIGITAL that they would post them on their site!!! Very misleading and made me and my family feel robbed of our money! I would not recommend this place to anyone! You could get better picture packages for a college graduate or even for a normal picture day at your child's school. If I didn't already pay for my other package, I would refuse to go here.

Amazing, swift, simple one stop shop for your photo needs. We were in and out within an hour printing Chrismas family photos in the right sizes and getting the frames within the same facility. The customer service agents were very helpful.

Photos I've uploaded online and had printed at this location always turn out well (including enlargements). Very quick turnaround.

I called a ahead I day and asked if they take passport photo and the guy on the line said yes ....the best day I go there and they say they don't have any equipment...am.kinda lost.....am going crazy or Walmart?

It was ok. Alot of people inside and not respecting the one way in aisles and not wearing masks. Alot of cashiers so you were not waiting long in line. And some of the employees who stock shelves were on the phone with no masks. Are you kidding me.

We took our first family portrait from this location. We got what we paid for. It was a pleasant experience. Photographer, Max, was friendly. He ran a one man show there so he was quite busy when there were other customers dropping in for a passport picture.I'd recommend Walmart Studio for no fancy family portrait or annual children photo for keep sake.Can't beat it for the price.For quicker service and cheaper passport photo, which Walmart Photo Lab is not built for, one better goes somewhere else.
