Great looking product but very poor customer service. We bought 4 pieces of countertop including a $600 Island top and waited 6 weeks for delivery. Once they arrived they were dented and 1 was cracked and the retailer wouldn't do anything. Interbuild never as much as replied to my inquiries. After the counters were installed I returned to the retailer to purchase the hardwax oil only to find that it's been pulled from shelves due to a missing warning statement. I ordered a can direct from Interbuild to seal the cut edges prior to install and that took another 2 full weeks from order date to arrive. Worst part is there's no phone contact on their website and there was no reply to 4 emails looking for the order status. I had no choice but to use an alternative sealer in the end and was still weeks late. Unfortunate that the product looks as good as it does but it's not an item I will spend my money on again.
