If I could give mcfd Coquitlam zero stars, I would, they care more about themselves than they do about the children they're supposed to be protecting

Refuses to help abused teens. Dosent believe them, no adequate service, forces you to fend for yourself. If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible organization, horrible to kids/teens in their care. Lucky if you can even get under their care. Did not provide proper care for me.

Have had a file for over 3 years for support and I end up fighting them more than getting support for my kids through them. 3 different social workers, commonly have little to no regards for mental health or neurodiverse issues. On top of the lack of training, they even lost our file! They don't help people in real need or crisis, they just add to the crisis. Services keep being cut without consulting us when my child still desperately needs assisted services. This system is traumatizing and has actually caused my family additional ptsd instead of helping with my child's mental health!
