Best shop in the Cornwall area hands down for flooring, prices can not be beat as well as the warm and friendly atmosphere form the moment you walk In the doors... had all of my floors changed in my house the installers did a tip top job and were extremely professional and respectful. The two delivery guys were professional, respectful and patient.Best flooring store in town would definitely recommend them to anyone!

My installers, Johnathan Wilson and Chad Gauthier were amazing. They turned every disaster around, did more than what was expected of them, and were wonderful to work with. Their patience and hard work was greatly appreciated. They never got upset by delays which were no fault of theirs or mine. The estimator, Wayne also went out of his way to be helpful and assisted in me choosing a colour that worked well with my furnishings. The other staff were a bit snippy but fortunately my contact with them was limited. I don't know if I would recommend the store but I suspect all companies might be the same so they might be no better or worse than others. I would recommend that you get John and Chad as your installers. They will do excellent work and make you smile while they do it.

In the days of low supplies, Rachel did an excellent job of ensuring that our last minute replacement quartz, for kitchen and two bathrooms, would be available and in on time, after original supplier backed out! She has a great eye and was able to find something beautiful that coordinated all of the pieces already purchased. Moving to Cornwall area and definitely will be back to deal with them in the future!

great people great advice and unlike a home improvement store they can give u real advice and when it comes to flooring advice is key glues and products vary and they know there stuff

Rachelle is AMAZING. Once she gets a feel for what you like away she goes lol. She also went above and beyond to help with paint colours to match with the flooring choices for our new home. We have had flooring installed by Discount before and the work was impeccable. If you are looking at flooring this is a MUST stop location.
