Tribal Voices

The shop - mainly its customer service - has definitely gone downhill. When recently in the shop looking to get a ring repaired (one from Tribal I should mention - barely a year old and the stone had fallen out) there were 3 staff members standing talking to one another. I browsed for about 10 minutes and not one staff member looked at me, asked if I needed any help, or offered any assistance. They appeared quite busy with their own conversations rather than assisting me...the only customer in the entire store.I definitely do NOT recommend ordering anything online. Twice, my online orders have come incorrectly or missing items. When I reach out via email, it takes days to receive a response (and sometimes I'm completely ignored and have to re-send the same email). They charge $12 for express shipping (guaranteed in a week or less), but will then let your package sit in their store for days. After waiting 10 days for my express paid package, I emailed asking why it hadn't even shipped yet - my email was ignored, but ironically the next day my package was shipped.I once ordered a Serpentine crystal which never came with my order. When I emailed the store they told me a new one was being sent. Over a month passed and I had still received nothing. When I emailed again, I was told another package would be sent out. I finally received it - but they sent me a Septarian stone instead. There are clearly either not enough staff, not a well-managed staff, or staff who are so busy and stressed they can't even take the time to read orders properly before filling them out. I don't typically leave negative reviews but after several negative experiences with the store I felt they needed to be shared.

I cannot walk by without going in! Even just browsing is a lovely experience. Except that today I was looking for something specific and the lovely clerk went out of her way to find it! Very satisfying!

love love love this store! such beautiful pieces of jewelry, books, crystals, tarot, salt lamps, etc! always such a peaceful and calm vibe in the store and the staff is friendly. definitely recommend. i like that they have a wide variety in price point, so you’re able to find inexpensive and nice gifts or higher end items depending on what you’re looking for!

Might be my new fave spot to drop by and shop. Something for everyone in all price ranges. As I walked through browsing their wares I wondered how I'd never found it before today. The 2 ladies working there were very helpful and knowledgeable. They genuinely wanted to help and weren't overbearing. The setting by Jackson Creek felt peaceful and inviting. I'll be back.
