The most important thing~Do prepare your house like a show room, this will make your house sell. 1. PB in house evaluation needs some improvement, we did our housing market research and study for years, had to push agent to go up in listing price, in addition to study the market ourselves, we did tons of work to get the house updated, cleaned, and staged ready for showing on the day of evaluation; 2nd night of showing got an offer, we did get the price we wanted. 2. Paul is the negotiator for us and he is truly amazing, easy and timely reachable, knows what he is doing, communication is excellent. 3. The supporting team is very responsive, easy to reach. PB does just as good a job as other regular realtors if not better because they have a team, and charge a flat fee. We have seen Too many realtors not doing a good job yet get paid 2-2.5%. Purplebricks made this entire selling process simple and accommodating. The offer assist was very helpful and informative and my house sold in less than two weeks. Overall I would say that these people have virtually eliminated the need for a traditional selling agent. I saved about $36,000 even with selling through a buyers agent for 2% commission.
