If I could rate this place at zero I would. My boyfriend came back from his haircut and was humiliated, distraught and furious. The barber asked my boyfriend what he wanted, but didn’t listen properly and did basically his own thing. The result was a complete mess, thus my boyfriend was forced to shave his head. So that being said, do not book with Pierre Emmanuel as he might do the same for you.

Worst haircut I’ve ever received in my life. The barber was rude, condescending, and insulting. He then threatened to ban me when i told him i didn’t like it. If i could give zero stars i would. At least i didn’t have to pay for this traumatic experience. You guys should have to pay for all the hats I’ll have to be wearing until it grows back

i would not recommend this is not a real barbershop they dont use hot towels, no shaving cream no aftershave nothing doed not warm up the skin uses shaving gel

Service was rushed and impersonal. We went there for our teenagers haircut, not our usual spot but had to find a place that would take us in last minute. The fade was subpar, uneven and took too much off the sideburns without asking what he wanted. There was barely a “hello” when we spoke to the barber. She was affectless and questioned little on what was requested. We’d like to think that it may have been an off day and thus cannot say if the whole establishment is lacking. We will never be returning but in support of small businesses, hope others have a better experience.

Adis is lovely. She cut my husband and son’s hair. They both look great. She was kind and patient.
