Cannot recommend this pharmacy enough! Amazing customer service; always willing to go above and beyond. So nice to deal with a small independent pharmacy and not a large chain.

This is a lovely mom and pop shop pharmacy that just had the best service with speedy turnaround times. They make an over the top effort even when you don't ask. Not to mention their very modest dispensing fee (I had to pay some of it out of my pocket when I went to the Shopper's drug mart pharmacy!). Everyone always smiles and is so patient and helpful. They always call on your behalf to check if you are covered by insurance too. I wouldn't go anywhere else :)

The staff at Kassel's are exceptional. They help my mother with her medication and always go out of their way to stay in contact if anything changes. You don't get this kind of personalized service at big chain pharmacies. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Kassel's!

Everyone that works there, absolutely EVERYONE were SO NICE and welcoming to me when I arrived. The service was amazing and they do have a lot of medicines, health care and skin care products! I'll definitely go back there when I need a medicine. They were amazing.

This pharmacy is the BEST! The pharmacist has always gone above and beyond in answering any questions I had, very personable. She has spent way more time in answering my questions than my family doctor. On top of the NICEST pharmacist, every staff there is amazing! Always super friendly, welcoming and helpful. I'm so happy we have them in our community.
