Seulement pour un changement d'huile 2h d'attente! Épouvantable service je déconseille.

Un dimanche midi de la construction : surprise, un pneu flat sur notre retour pour Montréal. Un coup de fil et 5 min plus tard, a peine stationné le gars du centre de pneu est venu nous voir, a testé le pneu (pas réparable, mais on s'en doutais, nos pneus étaient dus!). Ils nous ont même offert de poser le pneu de secours sans frais si jamais on ne voulait pas changer nos pneus sur place. En moins de 90 min 4 pneus neufs installés balancés à bon prix avec un service exceptionnel, le tout sans rendez-vous. Merci encore

J ai eu un problème de porte coté conducteur elle ne fermait plus elle était grande ouverte dus a un coup de vent fort j étais decouragée c etait sur le parking de Costco et Monsieur Steve Jeddry le gérant au service des pneus est tout de suite sans hésiter venu m aider il a été d un grand secours et je le remercis infiniment et j en suis d une grande reconnaisance pour sa qualitée de service à la clientèle wow ! je le remercis aussid avoir solutionner mon problème ça aurait été catastrophique sinon!!!!!! Je lui souhaite bien du succès et il mériterait bien un grand bonus sur son salaire pour cette belle action il mérite le meilleur ;) et croyez moi faites tout pour le garder merci à vous ! bonne journée :) !Annabelle Hispiwack

Had a flat tire. Abubacar from the auto shop was amazing. He inspected and repaired our tire and did an awesome job. He was very friendly and spoke perfect English. Costco please give him a raise. Would also like to mention Guy Laine from the main counter was also very friendly and welcoming, she helped us a lot and was very patient with us. Give her a raise too!!

Excellant service . Ils ont commandé les pneus , reçus rapidement, avec RDV pour la pose la journée demandée. 15$ du pneu pour la pose (Jeep) c'est pas cher . Refont un check Up après 40km pour resserrer . Pas eu de retard sur l horaire / passée à l'heure

J’ai fais installer mes pneus d’été sur mes roues de mags et ils ont fait des éraflures sur celles-ci. La gérante devait me téléphoner et aucune nouvelle de ceux-ci. Très déçu. Faite attention.

Had a flat tire on my car and I am from Ontario. Glad one of the tire technician spoke fluent english and dealt with us professionally, they were fully booked for the day but squeezed us in to get our 4 tires replaced on the same day in about an hour and a half. Very friendly and I would reccomend getting your tires fixed

Service épouvantablement lent. Un simple changement de pneus avec jantes sur rendez-vous pris il y a un mois: 3 heures d’attente sans explications ni suivi. Inadmissible, perte de temps et manque de respect. Est-ce pour nous pousser à consommer ? Honteux. Et je n’étais pas la seule, au moins 5 personnes avec le même temps d’attente. Allez chez votre garagiste du coin. Quelques dollars de plus bien investis.J’appelle ensuite pour m’enquérir du service et on me répond « personne de disponible car demain les grands patrons viennent. Tout le monde est énervé ici. » Hey bien, une chance qu’ils ne sont pas venus aujourd’hui les grands patrons! Ils auraient été déçus.

I'm disabled in a wheelchair, and am 9 hours from home with a flat tire, a spare wouldn't cut it for the ride home. I cannot fix this situation, especially in the rain. If I didn't get it fixed tonight, I'm in serious trouble.I first went to several (other) similar stores on a spare trying to get assistance, but most places made it clear that such a situation was not a priority. Too many distractions, too many other customers. I got several shrugged shoulders and an unrealistic timeline. God forbid someone in my situation would receive some special care.This is where Abu absolutely saved the day upon arrival at Costco. Without hesitation, he saw me, and gave me his UNDIVIDED attention despite the business of the store. Abu immediately recognized the gravity of my situation, and took extra time to listen to why I was in a bit of an emergency, providing a level of empathy I hadn't received in a long time at any store. He calmly and confidently went over how we were gonna solve this problem in spite of a few challenges.A few minutes talking to him, and my anxiety and stress levels were calmed. I felt like I was in very professional company and Abu was gonna get my darn tire fixed without me having to pitch a tent somewhere and wait a crazy 3 days for service.Do you need a hand with anything? I asked, knowing my car was packed with all sorts of travel bags. It's already fixed" Abu replied. Shocked

They called me on a Saturday afternoon to confirm two appointments for a Sunday at 5:15PM.Getting there, they had no information on my appointment (fisrt excuse). I called in and person in line was able to find my appointment and that it was cancelled.After a long wait, was able to get an another day appointment for one of the vehicles.Mind you that loading two SUVs with a set of tires for no reason isn't fun.Getting there next day, I wasn't able to go so asked my partner to do so for me. They took advantage of her being naive as to what comes to cars and said that the tires weren't worth mounting as they had cracks. They completely ignored the oil change as well and returned her the keys.They did that as she wasn't able to communicate well (language barrier/immigrant) and for the fact that she doesn't understand anything about cars.She returned as to what I expected the tires myself and hold and behold there are not a single crack, patch, bumps, bubbles, whatever.What happened is that they're overbooked and coming up with any excuse to get rid of a car.Worst treatment ever.
