Used Edmonton Bouncy Castle for our company appreciation event. I was impressed with their professionalism and cleanliness of the unit. They thought of everything, brought proper safety matting for the unit and insured my event.

We rented the toddler castle for our son’s 4th birthday party. It was the main attraction and made his birthday party fantastic. He absolutely loved the bouncy castle as did his sister, cousins and friends. The staff were very friendly and set up and take down of the castle was quick. It was easy to book and reserve as well as pay for with assurance we could reschedule or cancel should anything arise up to an hour before the event. Fantastic service and experience. The only feedback I could provide to the company was to add some more new balls to the ball pit at the end of the slide. We know they easily get squished but there was a bunch squashed balls. Upon telling the company about the balls they were replaced! Awesome experience. A memory that will be talked about I’m sure for a long, long time! Thank you!

Great experience renting a bounce castle for our backyard birthday party! Smooth and seamless set up and tear down. Initially attracted to the great refund policy in the event of bad weather as we had our party in the fall. Even came earlier than paid for giving many hours of fun for the kids! Would highly recommend.

We just had a foam party for our son yesterday. It was a blast. The kids had so much fun. The two guys who set up the foam were great. They arrived 15 minutes before the party, quickly got everything set up, and showed us how to mix the foam. And took it all away a few hours later. Highly recommend for a memorable party!

Communication and booking was easy, they arrived early to our event and got everything ready and then picked it up after-too easy!! The Bouncy castle we got was absolutely perfect and was a hit with all the kids!Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to everyone!
