I have been living in building managed by Amacon for more than two years and I find them one of the best rental properties I have ever hard. Especially our building manager Carmen, she is very friendly and resolves every issue I had with apartment in a day or two. When I moved to BC I had not much idea about rental properties here but Carmen was very helpful in all details starting from apartment viewing, paper work and moving details. My apartment was newly furnished and all equipment's were brand new. Maintainece of building is very good and cleanliness of premises is done regularly.Amacon especially Carmen has made our stay pleasurable here and I would highly recommend Amacon to anyone

This is the best building i have lived in. I am proud to invite people to my house. The halls and lobby are always clean and there is always someone in the office to help. James, Sydney and Jack are the building managers and they are great. Even Eric from their head office comes here all the time and is always able to help. I have never been in a building where someone from head office is at the building so much and also helps.Great job Amacon, please don't change anything.

I won’t even give 1 start. The reception is really unprofessional. Disappointed how they deal with solving problems. I needed to drop off my bank draft and they gave me the wrong open time. So, I wasted my entire morning (3-4hours) outside until they open with freaking cold weather (0 degree). Also while solve the problems, I kept needed to bug them to call what should I do? Rather than they gave me the solution. Also, when I called several times, then they actioned and the answer was just wait until the other office is opened. I was not able to do my other plans as well. I’m so mad and disappointed

This long-time Burnaby tenant has had many positive experiences since the moment they acquired the property. Office management has been approachable, friendly, responsive and building/grounds are safe, regularly maintained and improved. Multi-tasking marvel Carmen has been terrific for years, deftly managing important things.

This is a response to Amacon.I have been a tenant of Tempo building managed by Amacon in Richmond for over 4 years and never had any issues until the last two months.Over the past two months there have been many issues. I have done the very best to fix and amend the issues from my side however the management has still gone ahead and made a big issue about a small problem.I would advise you to stay away from doing business with this company as they will surely make many mistakes.It’s really sad how this company treats the long term tenants here, all they care about is business but do not think of the lives they are impacting when they want to end your lease.

I live in Burnaby in an Amacon building and I wish I could give this building or rather the manager of the building Carmen 10 stars instead of 5; as this is a phenomenal building mostly because of her. I was lucky enough to get a unit here last Oct, when I moved to B.C. from Toronto. During the renting process Carmen was extremely helpful, transperent, personable, kind and professional, which made my move across the country smooth and stress free. The building is extremely well taken care of and very clean, with the units being updated, stunning and spacious. Any maintenance that needs to get done gets taken care of right away and Carmen continues to be an endless source of support, as she always goes above and beyond her duties to makes sure that everyone is very happy here

Lived in one of their buildings for 5 years. Nothing ever got fixed. There was mold starting to grow, and they never took care of it, despite saying they would multiple times. Denied us things that were included in our lease, such as giving away our parking space (without even telling us!). Couldn't ever get a hold of anyone other than the receptionist, who would just tell us to call back later. I would give 0 stars if I could.

not really happy with management at a specific location.first off i was told a lower monthly price when looking at the unit, then when i went to get the lease they increased the cost by $200 per month, with one less bathroom than the otherThe floorplan also was not showing as a option on their website, was smaller, had only 1 bathroom, the equivalent would be about $1750 per month. i got charged $2100, their reasoning is i had no one above me.I doubt this will even get anyones attention from amacon so they can rectify this situation but i am not happy and would never recommend anyone moving in there when they can just change the price because they want to.

I have been living at Ridgewood Place for a while now. The management team is amazing. Recently i had an issue in my suite and everyone was in the office, there was the assistant manager, property manager and the general manager. I spoke with the property manager (I think his name was Eric) and he came into my suite and fixed it for me. The building is always clean. There is a gym, library, and a big lounge. They even recently set up a free coffee machine in lobby for residents! Living in this building is like living in a hotel.

Now that I've bought a condo by another developer, I realize how good the quality was of my previous condo by Amacon. Never had any quality issues which I am only realizing after the number of issues I am having with my current builder.
