Kingswell Towers

I have lived at Kingswell Towers 433 King St London On., for 2 yrs now and love it as much as the day I moved in. I have a spacious 2 bedroom with a huge balcony and an amazing sunrise view. I control my own heat and air conditioning that in itself is wonderful. The in-suite laundry is such an amazing convenience. The super-intendents are extremely friendly people and look after the building very well. It's clean and inviting when you walk in the lobby and always tastefully decorated for every season or occasion. If something needs fixing it has always been looked after promptly. There is a common room where you can host a party if desired. Also a work out room with a hot tub and sauna. The building is older but the perk to that is that the walls seem almost sound proof. I have never had a problem with noise. So all in all I would recommend Kingswell Towers to anyone. Sincerely Wendy

We have lived at 433 King St. Kingswell Towers for 16 months. We love it.Spacious and clean apartments . In suite laundry, air conditioning and heating control.Superintendents are really friendly and efficient.Any maintenance issues are taken care of quickly.Drewlo service workers are very polite and like being Drewlo employees.

Lived in this building for a little over a year and loved the apartment. Updated with laundry in unit and the balconies are huge. The building manager Steve is great, always helpful and goes above and beyond with anything you need.

I love living here. I am close to everything here in downtown and everything in the building is always well taken care of by Melanie and Rob, our superintendents, who are always helpful and cheery. It’s a great place to live and I strongly recommend it.

I have lived here for over four years and we love everything about our apartment.Kingswell Towers is a clean and comfortable building, that is maintained by our fabulous building managers, Rob and Melanie. They go the extra mile to make sure that any issues that come up get resolved quickly, and they truly care about all the tenants. Rob and Melanie always put up seasonal decorations in the front lobby that make things feel so warm and welcoming. It is special touches like these that really make me so proud to live here, and so grateful to have such awesome building managers!There was quite a bit of construction going on a few years ago, and Drewlo sent out a gift card to Garlic's of London to each tenant for the inconvenience... this was not expected, but was SO appreciated! They truly care about the tenants.Our units and balconies are spacious, we have ensuite laundry, and we have never had any issues with our neighbours. I would highly recommend living here... affordable units and excellent building managers! Thank you Rob and Melanie, and thank you Drewlo!

By far the most enjoyable and smooth application status I have ever gone through. Melanie and Robert are outstanding superintendents and truly put their heart and soul into caring for the building. It is evident that as building managers they go above and beyond. We are quite excited to move in and know that we will be in good hands. If you are looking for spacious, modern units with amazing building managers, look no further than Kingswell Towers.

The staff are amazing. The building I'm giving two stars due to its gym and the fact it needs upgrading for the prices they're charging... Also hassling tenants about removing old heating vents and duct work that does not even work anymore due to a new system installation. All this is a representation I believe of the owner of the property. The staff are great. The equipment in the gym is rusted and squeaks so loud it not be used (needs replacing), one treadmill does not work at all, the ball has next to no air, weights only two and one someone has brought from their home. The hot tub is disgusting. Can someone please clean it and I mean scrub it down or burn the thing and get a new one, the sauna didn't even heat up after an hour, needs fixing... It's needs upgrading especially for the cost of living in this building. I have photos to prove this also just have no clue how to post them. I hope things turn over for the better instead of heading downhill. Will update review if they do Fingers crossed.

The building as such is alright but with homelessness issue that is increasing around London area makes this a very very bad neighbourhood to pick an apartment into. The security at the building is questionable with break ins happening in the secured garage and homeless people walking in the stairways.Also, during my one year stay the building, there was construction happening eternally so working from home was a mess because of the constant drilling noise and the AC blower sounds like an airplane engine has been turned on with no fan speed settings. Washer and dryer was from 1960s I guess.. always had to do the run twice in the dryer for drying the clothes (adding to my hydro of course)!!I do not recommend this building or the area.

We have lived at Kingswell Towers for 4 years. Two years ago we got the dream team of Superintendents . Rob and Melanie. They work very hard to make sure this building is clean and comfortable. When there is any issue they are quick to solve it for us. We are very comfortable living here thanks to Rob and Melanie.Thanks so much.

My girlfriend has lived at Drewlo Towers for 7years she really enjoys living there ,the building is always well kept by Melanie and Rob . They are very nice people and always polite to me when l visit my girlfriend at the building Jerry
