I had a complicated itinerary, with multiple stops and layovers, but Flight Booking, Changes, and Cancellations was able to handle it with ease. The agent I spoke with was patient and attentive, and they were able to find me a flight that fit my needs perfectly. I am so grateful for their help!

Horrible. I got hung up on. And busy signal everytime i call

Booked a vacation package and had to cancel it. The agent was abrupt whenever I emailed them about the status of our refund as we had bought cancellation insurance. They didn’t explain when we cancelled how long it would take for the refund until I asked after it had been weeks what the status was. 8 weeks later I emailed again and was told to take my frustration out on the carrier even though I had just asked if they could assist with the status of my refund or give me a number for the carrier that I could call. Very dismissive. I had booked through them, and was made to feel like I was bothering them. Will never book with Flightcentre again. They were willing to take my $ but because I had to cancel, they don’t seem to care anymore. They can’t even be professional in their emails.

Andrea was the best at helping me book a place at the Riu reggae, super friendly fast & efficent my new go to person!

No help whatsoever, apparently too busy to help and suggested I look online.
