I went to Burger King last week in the drive thru at 11 pm and they said sorry we are closed now. Oh I said your website says your open until 12 am. Oh they changed the hours .So I go there tonight at 10 pm in the drive thru again and order a Whopper meal. Oh sorry we are out of whopper pattes ! Stratford is by far the worst Burger King and I won't be going back for the third disappointment !It needs an owner that cares !!!!!

This was to be a bacon melt No caramelized onions No BaconCold rubber fries and I only had a 2 min drive home. As well breand bum was not even toasted was just like a sandwich.

I come here Atleast once a week while working in the area for lunch. I have never had an issue with the quality of food always hot and fresh and service is quick. I have never seen the bathroom get cleaned and most stains and dirt have been in the bathroom week after week. The soap and hand sanitizer are usually always empty , how does one wash their hands , how do employees wash their hands after using washroom.

I wish I could give it less than 1 star. To start the bathroom was so gross. There was urine on the seat and floor. Mud or something black in the sink and toilet paper everywhere.The meal… well I hope my husband and I don’t get I’ll. My first burger was colder than the tomatoes. My second burger was red in the middle. My husband said all his food was cold. He kept saying there’s a funny taste in his mouth. We threw it out , left . However, on our way out another patron was complaining able her door dash meal. Saying, this is the second and last time you made a mistake! DON’T eat here!

Horrible experience. I ordered for pickup through the app. The app told me that my oder would be ready for me at 5:09pm. I went to pick up the food, they were not busy but I needed to tell a staff that I was there for an app purchase. 15 minutes later, the manager asked me if I ordered online. I gave her the order # and she asked, what did you order and I told her. Finally, at 5:33pm, I was out in my car and checked my order after I was told that I was given extra food - I was actually shorted 2 fries and 2 whoppers. After going back in, the manager added cheese to the whoppers for free. The manager tried but this location is such a joke. I most likely will not return!

Long wait time, greasy burger, the ketchup dispenser was running out and the root beer was running clear without a sign informing customers. The food is over priced. They also had only one bathroom that only accommodates one person.

It was the best whopper I've ever had. The dining room was closed and a long line of cars in the drive-through but they were efficient and the line moved fast. Our order was perfect. If you like Burger King go there!

Very very long wait!!!There was literally nobody in/out of the store as a costumerThis is the 7th time I went there in the drive-thru drive-through and had to wait 15-20 minutes for my order.Been here between 3pm to 10 pm and they always takes15-20 minutes for burgers, never waited this long at any other location,Sadly this is the only store they have in this town, other this place won't be on my list to go.

Doesn’t even want to give 1 starWent at 10:35pm to be exact for impossible whopper but just because they don’t want to cook they told it’s sold out.Ok then asked for veggie burger that too sold outI mean is this for real if they don’t have inventory why are they even opened.Telling with this confidence as from drive thru window girl was cleaning and they have closed everything unless the time is at 11:00pmWorst service worst

This Burger King blocked me on Fb because I made a comment on their FB post stating to watch out for their buns... on Thursday we got moldy buns... I ate half of one burger and my friend noticed hers before she ate it. I took the burgers back in... the Managers response was I don't know how that got there" acting like I put it there! I responded by saying.."well I didn't do it" yes he remade my burgers but his attitude was rude. Others in the restaurant apologized for his actions... 2 families walked out in disgust.This is the worst BK I have attended to. My daughter worked here for a period and when she took a day off due to a severe migraine (she has a brain tumor... which management knew about) when she returned the next day they allowed her to work her next shift... then at the end said they were writing her up! She offered to get a medical note but they refused..So she quit.If you are white... don't apply here... they literally let every white person go within a month or 2!! Not a good working environment for students!"
