I was there very recently for a celebratory family dinner. The service and the food were excellent. Every dish was lovingly prepared. The appetizers and the contorni were superb. Our server was very attentive and charming. I found the ambiance good but it was a little too dark for my taste. I know that this is the current trend but I am used to more cheerful lighting. The fact that it was full on a Monday night clearly illustrates that a lot of people are enjoying what this restaurant has to offer.

Great ambience and service! Loved this restaurant... We sat outside on the patio and had plenty of space. The ambience is warm and lively with a great selection of music. Service was top notch; our server was very nice and courteous and food came out quickly and timely.Food-wise, they have weekly specials so there's something new to look forward to if you're a regular. All of the food is on the salty side but nice depth of flavour overall. Presentation, serving sizes, and pricing are great and would definitely recommend this restaurant.

SoFar the closest place toBe an Italian restaurant, but still not really Italian. Food was decent good but for my experience too pricey for the quality and portions, too much oil on their pasta. I'm still searching for an authentic one as bot even Cima is really Italian. The pizza was not bad but too chewy maybe they used old dough for it or they used the wrong flour. Still a lot to work for it..

We ordered the pasta balls for the table as well as 4 different pizzas. The food was quite delicious, but took so long to come out that unfortunately it just couldn’t live up to the expectations such a long wait gave. The pizzas took well over an hour to come out, so I wouldn’t come here for dinner if you’re already hungry.Another thing that was quite annoying is that we clearly noted we were ordering the pasta ball appetizer for the table, which was 4 people, and the server did not note that this plate only includes 3 pieces, so we had to chop them up ourselves into small pieces to try to evenly distribute.This was surprising because our server knew the menu very well and had opinions on all the items we ordered. Clearly she knew the food and was not new.The food is good, but this restaurant really needs to work on its customer focus.

Erika was amazing! First time here and she was incredibly welcoming and patient with us. Super personable and on top of everything! I hope management appreciates her because I will definitely come back and recommend this place to others because of her service! The food was also incredible there was no room for error here! Definitely give this place a try!

My wife took me here for my birthday. The staff was friendly and helpful, the restaurant looks nice but is pretty dimly lit, I could see it being a struggle to read the menu for some people. The menu changes every week so you may not find the same things week to week. The food is fresh and flavourful but in my opinion too oily. I found that after the first slice I noticed my mouth was coated in oil and after the second slice I gave one to my wife so that I only had one left. I was just drinking the pizza more than eating it by that point. My wife's pasta was also oily. It was fresh in house spaghetti noodles but that's it, no real sauce just oil with a touch of salt and whole pink pepper corns that randomly burst in your mouth with overwhelming punch every time you bit down on one. Pretty tasty at first for how simple the dish is but by the time you get half way through you realize there's just no depth of flavour and the oil build up in the mouth dulls whatever flavour there was in the beginning. I did however find a really nice beer I liked called Matter of Fact" and it helped cleanse the oil from my mouth in between bites. They also provided a complimentary dessert as it was my birthday and I had their apple pie which was not very sweet but I kinda liked that

The service was fantastic. The food was equally delicious. I was hoping for gnocchi but they don’t offer it daily. We had grilled calamari and rice balls for appetizers and bistecca and stuffed vegetables for the main course. The steak was 15oz so I’m glad I only ordered a small dish. The environment was not at all what I expected as I thought it was a five star restaurant which would attract adults. This appears to be a family restaurant and most tables were full of young children. This was surprising in this type of restaurant. I don’t think I want to return to this place as the volume of the children surrounding us was too much for me. I would expect this at somewhere like a family restaurant but not at an upscale Italian restaurant such as this. Perhaps I would return and eat outside on the patio for a relaxing supper.

Let me preface this by saying although the food was delicious, and I would love to give them 5 stars, there were some things that did turn us off. Our server Autumn was great and super helpful! The pizza guy was also awesome - thanks so much for the delicious meal! The potatoes were delicious and made for great leftovers as well haha. I thought it was super cool to see staff in the kitchen! The ambiance was pretty nice, pretty dark if you're not seated right by the kitchen. The decor was very chic, but a lot of the light bulbs seemed to be out lol. The chairs seem to not be comfy for many - especially if you plan to stay awhile. Another thing is the entrance being kind of annoying w the curtain - it's a bit of an awkward place to stand if there are two people. The bar was also very much separated from the main dining area which is okay I guess but I would have loved to interact w the rest of the staff (bartenders)! Prices were fair I would say - BUT something that also turned us off was the 2.50 charge for the dip to accompany our pizza... Would have been nice to know about the cost prior to, or even better, include it in the cost of the pizza. Another thing was the water - we were not offered regular water which I saw they had bottles of. I was okay to pay the fee as I got sparkling but I do admit it felt misleading after seeing the free" option. There was quite a bit of a wait for the pizza as apparently a lg group came - we asked our server and she talked to the kitchen but it would have been nice to be kept in the loop without having to wait so long. We had the Hawaiian pizza and the spicy meat pizza (can't remember what it was called). Pizza was delicious. Great service. Amazing atmosphere. The wine glasses are so clean they almost feel soft. Great place. Will definitely be back.

Stumbled upon this place and instantly has become one of our favorites from our travels. Food was simply perfect. All made with excellent care and love. Service was great. Was a little loud with 2 big groups so be aware when making your plans. Can’t wait to come back or try the other location.
