Rude and unhelpful. Called for days without a response and when someone did answer it literally took them hours to track what they did with my dog . HORRIBLE

Rough! Filled out an application for a beautiful dog. Ticked yes in the box that asks if we are going on a vacation within the month. Get a call stating we have a new member to our family. I celebrate with my wife and 4 year old daughter only to hear back that they won’t keep the poor pup until we come back from our vacation out of the country. Even though he is healing from a broken leg. Why tell us he is ours or ask the vacation question if it doesn’t mean anything. Was not a fun conversation to have with my daughter. Thanks for the heart break. Procedure needs to be revised this was rugged and unfriendly.
