Went bra shopping for my 13 year old daughter for the first time in BC for spring break. The staff was very understanding and welcoming. They even offered the tax exemption, I was in Kamloops the other days but only knew about this after shopping here.

Normally I've had good customer service here, but today was not good. We walked in and at the front of the store there was a group of employees (4) chatting, we were not greeted. Instead they were chatting and laughing so loud that people started leaving. Then a blonde girl who seemed to be a manager was talking about how she got so drunk last weekend, it was all very unprofessional.

If I ever need new bras, underwear or pajamas this is my go to place. I love the quality and comfort from here. I don't have anything bad to say about the about customer service but nor do I have anything good to say. The customer service is mediocre but non the less I enjoy shopping here

The workers and manager are great. Spending money here and the company charges .75 on a bag. They can’t put my purchase in a pretty bag but want to rip me off. If the company wants to donate their money that is fine but you want me to walk out with my purchase in my hand or put it in a recyclable bag that I put groceries in. They discontinued a bra from a few years back. If you phone customer service they don’t care.

So happy with my experience today! The girls in there were so incredible getting me the right sizes and style of bathing suits Highly recommend! One of the best shopping experiences.

Had a wonderful experience easter Monday at this location. A wonderful employee named Taylor helped me find my correct bra size and was super nice and helpful and was not super pushy. I highly recommend visiting this location if you are in need of quality bras and want great customer service.

I just left la vie en Rose orchard park. after spending 20 minutes picking out bathing suits with no help from any of the associates. They were standing in a group chatting at the till with each other. The store was not busy. There were no customer’s checking out.I needed 2 bathing suits and the sizes were not easily found on the each piece that I wanted so that took quite a while to find. Also, the price tags are not on most of the items. Things are all tangled on the racks so it’s hard to get one piece down without pulling down three others. I have a disability, Parkinson’s, and sometimes the fine motor of my right hand doesn’t allow me to do everything I need to do. Their hangers are extremely hard to get the bathing suits off of and after the second one I gave up and took everything back outside and told the lady I couldn’t do it anymore. I needed to go to a store where I can get some help. She was shocked to see me in the change room because I also had to let myself in there. There are some great stores in the city where you get great help for what is usually a not fun job of picking out a bathing suit in the middle of the winter. I won’t be back.

So I won't be going back to La Vie en Rose. Nothing against this particular store in Kelowna (the sales woman was actually lovely), but definitely very frustrated with the company. I finally had underwear that worked well for me with all the sports/fitness that I do so I decided to go back to grab more of what I thought were the same underwear as before. It wasn't until I wore them and then checked the materials that I realized some of them were WAY higher in polyester than the others. They looked the exact same and were all in the same section. I can't wear the ones with high polyester, they feel itchy, irritate my skin and don't breathe at all. I also can't return them according to the policy because I've worn them already and washed the other pairs. So I spent almost $50 on 5 pairs of underwear and won't even be able to wear them all. I am NOT impressed.

I had a great experience swimsuit shopping yesterday. Sue was absolutely lovely- she was incredibly helpful and kind working with me to find something I loved! The rest of the staff were also very kind and knowledgeable. Very impressed with my experience overall :)
