I’m normally not one to leave reviews but I have got to say, the help I received here was phenomenal. I came in about a week or two ago, incredibly nervous but Emma was incredibly helpful and made me feel much more relaxed about the whole experience. Definitely recommend :)

Such an amazing experience. On urging from Sadie at the St. Catherines store I stopped into the Waterloo branch and I don't have enough god things to say about my experience. Laurie was amazing and so welcoming treating everyone like friends and family. Knowledgeable and friendly. Approachable and caring that the customers have the best possible experience. Facility was immaculate in its cleanliness and everything just set perfectly. Definitely will be returning to this location time and time again. In my opinion this store also deserves a golden award for excellence.

I came in about a week or two ago and I must say it was by far the greatest customer service I have ever experienced, Emma was so extremely polite and helpful it made what I was looking for super easy to find. Would 100% recommend this store to everyone!!
