Worked here for a short time and have been boarding for years, and it's always always been a super tight knit group of people knowledgeable about horses. The health of their horses is always a top priority and I've always been quick to hear if there's ever a problem. The owner especially cares very deeply about the wellbeing the horses get 24/7, and being fair to the boarders about any decisions that need to get made. The local shows and camps run here were always super fun for kids and I'm very glad to have made Pine Hollow my horse home <3

Wow, a lot of these reviews couldn’t be more wrong.I have been at Pine Hollow since October. I have had 4 horses here, currently two.The care and dedication this family has for this farm is outstanding. The staff is impeccable, and works so hard to ensure everything is done properly. The well groomed arenas are always open, so you can ride at your convenience. So much love, effort, blood, sweat, and tears go into this place. The school horses are treated like royalty, and matched up to every rider to reach their needs/capabilities.The facilities are well maintained, bright and inviting. The atmosphere is to die for, with friendly faces welcoming you, both human and horse. At Pine Hollow you are not just a customer. You are family. My boyfriend and myself feel extremely blessed to have found Pine Hollow, and have our girls here. Britney is an amazing coach, who has taught me more in a few months than others have taught me in years. Kathi is absolutely spectacular, always ensuring everyone, horse and human, is taken care of and happy. Brad dedicates his time to making sure all the outdoor pastures get hay, everything is in working order, and the manure pile doesn’t pile too high. This place is top notch. If you’re looking for board or lessons, this is the place you wanna be. Come and join our Pine Hollow fam!! :)

I have been boarding at Pine Hollow Stables for a while as I now have only one horse, Previous to this I had my Horses at home for over 30 years, I tend to be a rather picky boarder as I want the same care for my horse as what I gave him.In my opinion the care at Pine Hollow is 5star plus. the Owners and staff are incredibly knowlegable, careing and helpful. I have seen first hand that when a situation arises, the necessary action is taken immediately, whether it be a boarders horse or one of there own, my own horse had to receive medical treatment recently and the after care was amazing. The barn is always clean, and the outdoor areas and fencing are extremely well kept .Kathi takes the time to get to know what each horse needs whether it be a different feeding schedule or whether the horse should be turned out in a group or individually, I can honestly say I am very confident in leaving my horse when I have to be away for any reason,I would recommend Pine Hollow Stables to anyone who was looking to board a horse,

This is a pre warning to all boarders, DO NOT BOARD HERE. This place and it's owner care only of money and who brings money to the table. Lesson horses are overworked, and mistreated. Maybe it would be different with your own horse? .. think again. Place has had two horse caught in the wire fence, and injured several in the span of 8 months, will hide infectious disease outbreaks at the stables ( strangles ), has cut back fed from horses without boarder permission, given medication to boarders horse without permission from a vet or owners of the horses, and will try to cover mishaps that may occur to your horses. Trainers either lack experience in riding in General, or do not have a well hand to teach as I've heard many students, parents, and boarders all complain about the attitude the trainers project during classes, and the lack of experience a few trainers have to be teaching in general. Trying to leave this barn will result in a uphill battle as owners will trying to make it hard for you to leave the stable and will try to make it hard for you to find board at other facilities. If negative stars were a review, this company would have -5 stars. Stay clear of this facility.

I have been boarding at this facility close to a year now. I have been very happy with the service. Most importantly, my 2 geldings are happy there ! My 1 gelding has always been tough to keep weight on and he is looking amazing without, for the first time ever needing me to buy multiple extras to keep him looking decent. They love the super grassy fields!! Very bright and clean facility. I have never encountered ANY drama and made some very nice friends. I have also had the opportunity to work as a staff member recently which was a pleasure. Great communication , great organization and standardization. All other staff members I worked with are amazing ! I also have a niece who has joined the lesson program. She has been enjoying learning at her own pace on a lovely pony named Johnny ! I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking to board horses take lesson or work as a staff member!

Pine Hollow Stables is a beautifully cared for facility with ample acreage and rolling paddocks. Huge bonus: very little mud, so the horses aren't sucking out hooves from mud banks and losing shoes. Horse care is top-notch, and the owner is always easy to access.

I'd like to be able to say better things about this facility. When I needed, on short notice, a place for my mares, Pine Hollow came through. Unfortunately, that is about the sum of the good things I have to say.Like a lot of barns, they talk a good game, but that is where it begins and ends. The longer my Girls, DD & Koda, were at Pine Hollow, the more upset they became. It got to the point we had to put DD on a supplement to get her calm enough for my grand-daughter to ride her safely. Now, I'm the first to admit that I don't know everything about horses, but I've had DD long enough & in enough environments that I know when both she, & her sister Koda, are REALLY unhappy. If I had any doubts about the atmosphere at Pine Hollow causing my Girls' distress, it evaporated when they got to their new barn & were back to the horses I knew the day after they arrived. I wound up throwing DD's calming supplement away.I wasn't much impressed with the calibre of teaching at Pine Hollow either. Riders are run in & out of the barn on something akin to an assembly line. It was often hard to move around in the barn because so many riders were either getting ready for a lesson or had just finished one. Private or semi-private lessons were never on offer. I guess the best way to summarize what's lacking at Pine Hollow vis a vis coaching is to say that my grand-daughter has made more progress on DD in the last month at our new barn than she did in the 6 months we were at Pine Hollow. It seems to me that this barn is more interested in quantity than in quality. Now, I'd like to make it clear that my critique does not extend to the barn staff, esp. Tiana & Trinity. I had nothing but positive interactions with both of them. You can tell who has your horses' best interests at heart & who just wants your money. The fact that Tiana & Trinity were primarily taking care of my Girls was one of the only reassuring aspects of their stay.I guess the best to describe Pine Hollow is what happened when I told them I was taking the Girls to another barn. I barely had a chance to say good-bye on the barn's Facebook page - than I was blocked. That was a juvenile, petty thing to do that only served to confirm everything negative that I'd come to associate with Pine Hollow. There are some barns that have class & then there are some that don't. I think it's pretty clear which category I'd put Pine Hollow in.So, to sum up: if you need someplace to park" your horse(s) in the short-term

I currently have two horses boarded at Pine Hollow!! Kathi and her staff were very welcoming and helpful to me when my gelding needed a safe place in early October. The barn owner is always available to answer questions, and they're taking wonderful care of my horses. The thing I like about Pine Hollow is that they go above and beyond in caring for them. My boys are on outdoor board, and after one of them had a severe choking episode, the Pine Hollow staff made an effort to check on him to make sure he wasn't choking again. The facility is really nice as well, they have large paddocks, two outdoor riding rings and a large indoor riding arena. The facility is really busy, as it is a lesson barn as well, but there are still times for boarders to ride alone if that's preferred.I'm overall very happy with the care provided to my horses, and could not recommend Pine Hollow enough to anyone looking to board!!
