My insulation project was completed on time and on budget.Dave returned text messages the same day, usually within a couple hours.

Dave was great, showed up on time for both the quote and the job. Job was done very well on time for the price that was quoted.

Extremely unprofessional, rude and Racist!Waited two weeks for Dave to answer my emails, then he asked for blueprints(which he cannot read). Finally he asked to go on site and see the job. Then did not ahow up 3 times and did not bother to even call or text to say he can’t make it. Finally when he did show up 4 (4 hours late), the his first few words were racist toward a certain ethnicity. Looked at the job and asked me what he should do even thou he is the “professional” and when I told him that why he was there, he started shouting and swearing and stormed out accusing people of not knowing anything and kept on swearing and yelling in the neighbourhood until he got in his truck.Dave Somers is an extremely rude and unprofessional individual who does not know how to do his job or even how to treat potential clients.I highly advise everyone to think twice before considering hiring this company for anything at all let alone spray foam insulation.The reviews speak for themselves

We have just used foam 911 for the second time. Both times they were awesome to deal with and fast service with reasonable rates. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing their services!

These guys are clowns that don't know the first thing about running a business. Do not waste your time or money with these losers

So unprofessional and takes no responsibility for any error they make. Do not hire this company. We asked for a quote. Told they were coming next day at 5pm. They were a no show/no contact. We contacted them the following day and asked if they still planned to come for the quote. They said they would, arranged a time and then it was another no show/no contact from them.When my spouse texted Dave to ask if they will ever show up, Dave said it was a busy time of year and didnt apologize. My spouse then said, that's fine but it would be appreciated to at least get a text to say you arent coming. Dave then said they obviously didnt want the work we were trying to give them and that there are also other companies that probably dont want to work for us either. That's when things went really sour... he called my spouse a joke after my spouse told him that maybe they should hire someone to keep things straight because although we wanted to go with the company that would cost the least amount of money we dont want to deal with someone that makes promises and breaks them without taking responsibility.We were then threatened to be put on a no spray list. As if he was going to tell every other company in town to not deal with us. Which is extremely unprofessional. Any company that makes threats shouldnt be allowed to operate. From the looks of these reviews it seems we arent the only people who have been treated like this by Dave and his Foam911 business. It also seems as though they have a generic response ready to go for every bad review. Does anyone here reading these reviews think for one second all these people with negative experiences are making it up and there is no record of them doing any type of business with Dave and Foam911? I find that very suspicious.... I have the text conversation as proof we were dealing with him and his company. I urge everyone here thinking about hiring this company for any type of work to choose a different company. It's awful to know that people have been screwed by him after they paid him and most likely had to take the loss. Thankfully we saw Dave's true colours even before a quote. God forbid something is not satisfactory about the work that was done with them. It seems they dont care about customers, customer service or have any pride in their work. If they did they would want to make things right and they wouldnt treat people this way.Also funny...there are 0 reviews on Facebook for this company. My guess is they delete all fo them cause none of them are good ones.Be warned. Do not hire this company.I am waiting anxiously to see them reply with their generic response of we take these matters very seriously and we have no recollection of any type of customer account that matches this"Which is a lie

Dave Somers - owner of Foam 911 comes across as honest and caring until there is an issue, Then, he becomes very aggressive and outright rude. The worker he brought in sprayed our sub-floor very uneven- as there was a variation from one inch thickness to four inches thick which meant the concrete going over top would have been very thin in spots and thick in others. There were also air pockets underneath the foam in spots which would have caused more issues when settling. He over-sprayed the side walls which i had to scrape off it cost us two hours and also had to remove all the foam before the concrete company came the next morning to pour our floor which took another 2 hours and then i had to take it to the dump. Dave was very rude on the phone and would not give a refund and when my wife called later he actually hung up on her. He was very defensive of his company and the fact he has been a contractor for 30 plus years although this business is only seven years old. He was not interested in a solution as he is just about bad mouthing the other spray foam companies and taking your cash which unfortunately I paid him in cash and got no receipt,

A rude and selfish jerk!Got a quote for foam spray work in the basement after he checked on site; called to add more work and got a preliminary quote while waiting for him to schedule a time to do the original work. Waited for 2 weeks till he came out to verify the quote for additional work.Not until this time, he said the corner spray covers only one foot at each side; more shocking thing is, this jerk was already gone before hearing out my reply, just a time for me to say a few words (literally)! I was only trying to say that I showed him the length when I talked to him about corner spray at the first time he was on site.I then went out, tried to catch up with him and reminded him he came here to confirm another quote; he did not even turn around to talk to me.Unbelievable!
