I had my hair permanently straightened here about a month ago. It was done by the owner the first time, who had me stay for about four to five hours. Then, I had to go back a second time to have it done by a lady who was more experienced, yet my perm only lasted about a week after straightening my own hair at home. The owner overcharged me by about $200, and I know this now after going to another salon who did this for half the price and time. They shouldn't be offering services that are overpriced and lack experience, so obviously I would not go back or recommend.

AMAZING!!I have been to more than a few hair salons, some very trendy down town Vancouver ones, one terrible down town new west one, some mediocre up town new west ones, and, this one Fuzion Tek, is by far the best one.Eric really listened to what I wanted, EVEN asked questions. I got exactly what I wanted, and loads of compliments.I cannot reccomend them enough, and I have already booked an appointment for colour next week.Don't hesitate, if you need a funky cut, or just an update, cut, whatever, I really think you cannot go wrong here.

Sara is amazing! Love my new highlights and cut. I've been around the world to many salons and I can't say I've ever been as happy or impressed as I am with Fuzion. Thank you and I will be back - regularly!

This salon rocks! From the staff to the service, the owner Eric is great at listening to my wacky ideas and follows through with making professional recommendations. All the staff are extremely friendly, including their pets. I always walk out with a smile and my abs are firmer then when I walked in with.

I booked an appointment and requested a stylist who would know how to get the look I was going for without a lot of direction. I came in with picture in hand of the cut and a request for golden blonde" in colour. I said that I would get an all-over colour because I didn't have time for highlights- I was in a bit of a rush. FOUR HOURS later (more time than it normally takes for full highlights and a cut) I left with reddish brown hair and having no idea what the new short 'do looked like in the back because the "stylist" couldn't be bothered to show me. When I finally did get to look at it at home

I used to treat a haircut like a chore, and would put it off at all costs. When I walked in I enjoyed the vibe I got from the salon and the stylists. Sara was amazing, gave me a cut I had never had before. I sort of new what I wanted, so we talked about it, she had a ton of great ideas and she showed me some styles and I decided to take a chance on a much different cut from what I was used to. I felt a bit nervous at first but she was very confident and creative and she listened to everything I said. It turned out awesome! She was very efficient and made me feel welcome, and honestly I wont let anyone else touch my hair after my experience at Fuzion Tek. I find myself actually looking forward to my next cut with Sara

I met Eric many years ago when he worked at Global and followed him when he opened Fuzion Tek and will continue to follow him wherever he will go! I have been a loyal customer for all these years and highly recommend this trendy salon to anyone who is looking for not only great cuts/color but consistency and total piece of mind where your hair is concerned.In my view, Eric is the most accommodating and best stylist in the Lower Mainland, without a doubt. He's given me beautiful highlights and lowlights for many years and I always get compliments on the cuts he gives me. And the head massages he gives when he's rinsing your hair are an amazing added bonus!!!! I had the salon take care of me and my bridesmaids on my wedding day!I love the funky atmosphere/setting of the salon, music is always good and in general it's a relaxing and fun experience EVERY TIME! The service level from the staff is absolutely top tier. Everyone is so friendly! They have great specials, loyalty points for their regular customers and overall the pricing is very reasonable.I always leave this place happy!

My experience at this salon was right poor. My fiancé and I got perms done together, trusting their employee with our hair. End results was terrible, yet they did not refund me but want me to call the stylist and explain to him what went wrong. For one I shouldn't have to be so confrontational, seeming management should've stepped in as they were notified and picture sent by me. My hair looks like a shag dog and all my ends are fishtailed, even after he cut it. It was the most blunt uneven hair cut ever, and he chopped more than I had asked. My last complain is the wait time as well, we sat in the salon for over five hours when we were both booked in the same time. My fiancé went first. After three hours he chose to go home and have a bite to eat, as he returned his hair was no longer permed. So they chose to refry it the same day and neglect my head while I waited patiently. Overall worst salon I've been too in a while, terrible experience. It's a shame management had to handle this so poorly, instead of addressing the issue. Hence to why I've posted.

Great so far! Eric is great. Has good instincts and a great eye for what will work, and not afraid to say so. More stylists should do that... The customer, unless they also work with hair every day, is not always right(or at least the best judge);-)

Eric is great! You show him a picture of what you want your hair to look like and he takes that picture and makes it look like a million bucks on you! He really takes the time to get to know you, so when you come in the next time he knows you by name. I highly recommend Eric and this salon! :)Also, in regards to Amy who has a nail station at Fuzion Tek she is also amazingly talented. Her work is impeccable. :) I highly recommend her!
