These guys litterally saved my life! I live out of my van. They have a private impound they were able to store my vehicle in that's much more affordable then the municipality impound lot, I legitimately saved a small fortune! They gave me the largest discount when I told them the trouble I was in and why.These guys really care about real people, and they're deserving of the best customers!I will never use another towing company again if it's in their range. I would have been SOOOOOO screwed if I didn't call Dad's towing.I'm forever grateful for their immense hearts and profound help!Tell them Cosmosis sent you and they will know your not an NPC! HaHa.

Awesome service! Needed to have my car towed, they came quickly and were very professional and helpful. Would recommend to others in need of a tow!

They came quickly and pulled my car out from a hill side icy road when other tow companies bailed and I appreciate their effort and taking the risk to pull out the vehicle, however my only issue was with the pricing. When they first came to the location and gave me the amount I was fine with it however when the job was done, they charged me nearly double of what they had said in the first place. They knew the risks and hard work involved in pulling out the vehicle and they quoted me accordingly, so I don't get why I was charged almost double in the end. Also, before they quoted me, I had given them the destination to where it needs to be towed which was roughly 7-8 kilometers away, however despite the over charge, they only towed it less than a kilometer away.

Arrived in 15 minutes and He did a great job in like 2 minutes and unlock my car. If you live in Delta or Surrey area this is the company you gonna wanna call for a quick response.

My son's lowered car needed a tow. We called two towing companies we had used before and no response. I called a third... They asked if the car was lowered, I told them yes and without hesitation told me to call ESSA at Dads. Wow! What a great guy. Fast. Responsive. Professional. He even sent pictures at the drop off. Best towing company ever I was stuck in Whiterock for 4 hours all other towing company bailed on me in the snow these awesome guys came thru pulled my car out from the hill where everyone refused to come I would definitely recommend in the future thanks so much guys ❤️

I had to tow my bike today to a different address I couldn’t ride it as it was very rainy so I called Dad’s towing. The guy on the phone said he is 35 minutes away and he showed up in approximately 25 minutes which you barely expect from a towing company these days. Anyways I just wanted to share my experience and say a huge thank you to Essa who delivered my Bike very responsibly. I recommend these guys!

Dad's towing did a fantastic job for me today, and Essa was a big part of that. First, I had a devil of a time finding a company that would tow my vehicle, and several companies said they would come and did not show. Dad's responded promptly to my request, came when they said they would, called to let me know they were coming, and followed up. And the tow truck driver was professional, helpful, and the price was reasonable. They honestly made my day. I will call them first if I ever need another tow. Special thanks to Essa who reduced my stress 100%.
